I don't normally write negative reviews but after visiting the Fog zone today, have to speak my mind. Yesterday I went to purchase some screens. I asked the clerk who looked like he was wasted for the smallest screen he had. He brought up some stainless steel screens. I asked for brass. He brought out some brass ones and I completed the purchase. Got home and the screens were much bigger than I ever brought. Returned them today and tried to exchange them for what I wanted. He told me that once you leave the door, purchase is final. I have never heard of a policy as this. I tried to explain that he made the error and he told me that I asked for brass which the smallest one were out of stock..what the f..k. How was I supposed to know that! He gave me much larger screens than what I wanted. I have purchased many pipes at this store but now never will I return due. All over a $2 purchase. What a jerk. read more

I called them in advance on Memorial Day to see if they had a nectar collector or a dab and when I walk in the dude literally has it ready for me. Dude's name is Jesse and he is so patient with explaining how to assemble their glass collector because I'm a noob who previously only used silicone ones. He was nice enough to wrap it up as is because I wasn't sure I'd remember how to assemble it. Gave me extra butane despite me thinking I didn't need it, turns out I needed it. The employee had his mask around his chin exposing mouth and nose while chatting it up for quite a while with a customer who was wearing their mask in the same fashion not more than 3 feet apart. I stood at the doorway before entering to see how many people were inside and was alarmed by the two people chatting without protection of a mask. I ended up leaving after a couple minutes when the employee never noticed me and didn't seem like they would be masking up any time soon. Will not be back. read more

Have made a few purchases from this shop. My last purchase at this establishment occurred Monday night. After purchase I quickly realized the item was defective from manufacturing. Upon attempting to exchange the item 2 days later the clerk explained that he could not replace the item because it was used and he therefore couldn't put it back on the shelf. I corrected him in that the item could not go back on the shelf because it was defective...not because it was used. He said all he could do was offer me a discount on my next purchase. I asked him what would happen if my 2nd purchase was defective...he had no answer for this. There is typically only one way to confirm if something works and thats by using it. An extra star for convenient location, however they are great at being consistently inconsistent with the prices they charge as far as E-liquids go. I feel like I'm being scammed. They seem to charge whatever they feel like based on their greedy mood of the day. I'm not a tourist and I come in once a week and give them my money, the least they could do is recognize their loyal customers and treat them as such, not try to scam a few bucks here and there when they can.
