Every time I've visited Millbrae Vape, I've been greeted with friendly and welcoming people. I have a friend that owns a vape shop in SF, but I still prefer this shop (shhh, don't tell him that!) I quit smoking cigarettes back in October of 2021, and definitely feel like vaping is not better than quitting all together, but it is definitely better than smoking big tobacco. This shop has fantastic customer service, and makes a point to learn you as a customer. Their high attention to detail means that they don't want you to leave with a defective product, and will immediately remedy it if it is. I am telling you, my kind readers of the Vaping Community, if you like different flavors, exceptional customer service, and the ability to vape what you purchased and enjoy an atmos designed to make you feel at ease, this is the spot. Kyle is the Vape Representative that gave me some of his time. I purchased a product (which will not be named), and first thing I got after filling it with juice was leakage of the whole fluids chamber and disappointedly a cup holder that smelled good but was extra sticky. Kyle, said to bring in my T-Priv 3 Kit and he will look at it. His place is always busy, but he made me comfortable asked me if I would mind waiting. Put so politely, I did not mind at all. He helped three people in front of me in 20 mins. And that's only if I was actually counting the minutes, I was not, and my wait time actually felt like I did not have enough time to pull out my vape device. He helped me unscrew an over torqued device set up by "the guys," and he did not even bash them, instead recommended me to go to him. My kind of combination of service and humbleness. Sold me two delicious vape fluids which he personally recommended and did not even charge me for "taking a look," but let be honest, FIXING the other Vape Rep's mistake. Loved this place, was my go to before moving out to the east coast where it's nearly impossible to get vape juice, especially delivered. They always carried my favorite BSX Series Fizzy Lemonade. Stocked up before moving but that only lasted me a couple months. Might have to go back and stock up on a years supply haha. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! Being from out of town, I learned finding flavored disposable vapes isn't easy in San Fran. Not only do they have a many amazing product choices but everyone I spoke with on the phone was so kind and helpful. They delivered to my hotel within one hour of hanging up the phone bc I had a flight to catch. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me, this type of customer service just doesn't exist anymore. I've been to this location 4 times and each time, Kyle was there to assist. He's a really laid back dude that has a lot of experience and just as important, he tells it how it is. If he hasn't tried a product, he will let me know he hasn't. If he loves a flavor, he will let me know about it and if he wasn't a huge fan of a flavor, he will be honest about that too. I trust his opinion and that's what keeps me coming back. Wide selection of high end products. They have a bunch of the premium vape juices, which are a bit pricey, but that's not their fault. You get what you pay for these days.They also have a wide range of moderately priced brands. I appreciate the selection and the store is a solid spot to shop for juice, accessories and also, to get the low down from Kyle so I can make a decision based on his experience. Overall, this is the only spot for me to shop. I've had plenty of headaches at other Vape Shops and it's a pleasure to shop at this location. The owner is a cool dude and he has been working really hard to lower the costs and make it more affordable for us. He's a business man too though, so I completely understand. The results of overreaching, shortsighted, nanny state legislation in the poseur progressive capital of the world, finding a decent brick & mortar vape shop has become all but impossible. I happened to be by SFO and was running super low on juice when yelp pointed me to Milbrae Vape. Figured I'd grab 30ml to ride me over until my next vape mail arrived from the interwebs. Did I mention it was 10am and they were open for business? Hell yes! Kyle was running the show from a sofa in the foyer lounge and jumped up to help me out. I was running my back up atty and needed glass for my daily driver RTA, so I figured I'd ask what they had. They had a good selection of rebuildable hardware, but not what I was specifically looking for. After describing the dealbreaker atomizer feature that made any other build deck a fail for me, Kyle recommended a similar device but was unsure if it had that similar feature- so he cracked open the packaging of a brand new RTA to check. So cool. I told him to wrap it up and we went across the store to select a few juices. After I told Kyle the flavor profile I preferred he suggested two flavors he thought I'd be really into. The end result was a new top line RTA, that's better than the one I wanted to replace and a two great flavors of juice- one of which Is now in my all time top 3- for less than $100. Kyle also signed me up for their rewards program and I plan on giving this vape shop my business every time I'm in the area as I'm an advocate for supporting local B & Ms.. especially the ones with integrity. Bought a mod from here and it broke after two weeks. Went back to the shop to see if they could do anything for me. They couldn't and the store owner proceeded to blame me for the issue even though I had done nothing to cause it. Terrible customer service. Stay away from this place they just want your money and offer no help at all. Not surprising at all that you don't remember. Just speaks more truth to this review. Thanks Coco for the recommendation. There is a a sampling fee added to your final tab if you wish to try out flavors before dedicating to a purchase. New law that passed, not a random policy.
