My Grandsons father bought him their brand of AD ointment. I used it tonight and that baby had such a severe reaction I almost took him to the ER! His poor butt and man hood all the way up to his belly swelled and was fire engine red. I immediately took him to the sink to wash it off. After a half hour the swelling went down and looks much better. I want to know what fragrance is added. Because that is the only thing I can think that triggered this. I was apprehensive about using it because it had a very strong smell. NOTE when the baby came back from visitation with dad, he handed her this ointment. When we checked his diaper we immediately took him to the ER it was that bad. As a mom myself I NEVER seen such a rash. read more

This is a great local store that has everything you need. I think of it more as a mini Walmart than a local grocery store. The prices are comparable to any local store. It's not inexpensive by any means, but it is convenient and not higher than whatI'd expect from any comparable store. Having said that, it sometimes feels like they're trying to do too much. It's like they're trying to offer too much. The store often feels claustrophobic to me- with any open space shoved to the brim with merchandise. And it's not necessarily essential merchandise. For example- they have a DVD bin. Is that necessary? Also, near the produce are a few racks of clothes and dresses. Are there a bunch of locals looking to try on dresses at their local drug mart? I think space would have been better served by offering less stuff and maybe more produce. I do feel like they offer interesting food and flavors sometimes. It's interesting to see what impulse items they have on the side shelves. The workers are always very nice and personable and are a bright spot to every visit. If I were to offer a suggestion- decrease the items you offer by 15-20% to make more space in the store. Get rid of items that make the store feel dated and junkie like DVD's and weird clothes. And focus on all the other great stuff you do offer. read more

I worked here recently and am quite surprised at how much management allowed one of the elderly cashiers to bully the young girls out of high school. They were treated like crap by one old cashier who was miserable with herself. Always yelling at them and calling them foul names. It's no wonder they can't keep any help. read more

Drug mart! When I was younger my brother, friends and I used to ride our bikes over here to hang out and grab some popsicles, dollar arizona teas! whatever we wanted. I had a family member who used to work here YEARS ago, in fact a decade ago. First, the store is still standing and in decent condition. It is an older location though. Don't be discouraged, Drug mart still has everything you would ever need. In my opinion it's a lot better than CVS or walgreens. The pharmacy here is ON POINT too. They're really knowledgeable and fast. You can tell they care about their job. Staff is always helpful and kind. I go out of my way to pick up my prescriptions from here. I want to praise the staff in the pharmacy at the Olmsted Falls DDM. I have a gluten allergy and they always ensure to make sure my scripts are filled through manufacturers who do not use gluten fillers. The parmacists will always take time to step over and speak with me when I have a question which is most appreciated, a special shout out to Matt and Kyle! The entire staff members routinely show the desire to go "above and beyond" for their customers. As a nurse I practice with this attitude and so appreciate when I am on the receiving end. Discount Drug Mart Saves You The Run Around. (Cue the music!) I forget about this Drug Mart. Probably because CVS and Walgreens are .5 miles from my house and I can walk to both of those. Drug Mark however, is special, unique, and they carry some of the most random stuff you can dream of. In essence....they save you the run around! Sunday I visited the Olmsted Falls location because they have a Minute Clinic and I was feeling crudy. Fortunately there was no wait, and the Nurse Practitioner ushered me in to diagnose me. I received my prescription and promptly walked it the back to the pharmacy. There was approximately 20 minutes to wait for my script to be filled so I wandered the store. Now, let me preface this with the fact that this store is an older store and not at all representational of the newer Drug Marts that are being built around Ohio. This store is not the cleanest or the most organized. However, here is a sampling of things I found during my perusal of DM: PVC pipe, a super collection of school supplies / office supplies (even tri-fold posters for presentations and those pesky science projects), lingerie, doll rods, produce, OSU paraphernalia, not to mention the usual drug-store stuff, and so much more! You'll also find that this store is fitted with a drive-thru pharmacy for those of you who just can't get out of your car. If you can't find it at DM you're probably not going to find it at any other pharmacy-type store. Oh! And did I mention you can purchase reduced rate tickets for local Ohio museums, sporting events, and zoos? Drug Mart, you do save me the run around! read more

I wound not recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacist was very rude. I have issues with transportation. my Doctor called in a prescription. I was told it isn't in stock have to order it. They said they would order it ahead of time to make sure it's there when I refill all the rest of my prescriptions. I got Drive to pick up everything and told again not available for another day. I can not miss this taking this daily. Now I don't have it and have to wait a day. I called to talk to the pharmacist and she was rude and said maybe I need to switch pharmacy if not happy. Instead of being rude and then hung up on me. read more

I do end up going here quite a bit due to convenience/location, but honestly this is the most lacking of drug marts in many many ways. About half the staff are super friendly, but then the other half act like I just kicked their puppy and stole their birthday. It seems their freezer goes out from time to time, based on how many of the frozen products have clearly been thawed and refrozen. At least, that is how it seems. All in all I will continue to give them money because it is close to my house, but they could go for an upgrade of attitudes and equipment. read more

I am always happy with the store and it's employees. However, the health clinic in the store sold a patient's info (she is a minor who was visiting from Europe and her health coverage wasn't available here) and now I've been getting endless robo calls for her at my number about her "lack" of health coverage. To make it worse the calls always say to call the number to speak to someone. The last thing I want or need is another robo call! read more

This store is clean, well stocked, and employees are both well informed and friendly. Walking in is like visiting a Warm and friendly small town. Prices are much more than fair, and they carry. Nearly everything, like an old fashioned mercantile. read more
