I loaded all of my bedding into the big washer, poured my laundry soap in poured in my scent boosters to at I had JUST BOUGHT before I got thete which cost me $10! it was 8:10PM when I loaded the washer.. as I was walking to put $$ on the card to start the washer a worker walks up to me and says, "oh no you can't start that. no wash after 8pm we close at 10pm." I said 10pm?? okay??? what?? it would take 27min to wash.. and let's say it takes 25min to dry I would still be done by 9pm..she said "no we have to clean." I said you need 2 hours to clean??? I wasted my soap and my scent boosters bc she MADE ME grab all my stuff out of the washer and wouldn't allow me to wash it even tho I poured all the liquid in already. THAT IS INSANE! who needs 2 hours to clean?? where is the sign that says they stop washing by 8pm??? where is the customer service????? such an inconvenience!! she basically just doesn't wanna be working until 10pm that's why she's stopping everyone from washing by 8. WILD. I wasted my gas, my money my time coming. I was going to use the BIG WASHERS TOO... which aren't cheap.. hopefully you guys can train your employees on the customer service or at least put a sign up that says "employees are too lazy to work til 10 so no wash after 8pm" which wasn't the end of the world. It was 10 minutes later 8:10 PM. I would've never stuffed everything into the washer if I knew that ahead of time I'm irritated beyond belief.
