This bright, clean, modern laundromat is clearly run with both excellence and kindness. I dropped off a large comforter to be washed and dried, and I was happily surprised by the reasonable price and quick turnover time. But even more impressive was the staff's caring. I was running late and would not make it back to pick up my item by 5pm. The employee offered to wait for me to get there so I could have it the same day, and greeted me with good cheer. My kids have more wardrobe changes than a Broadway show. Every day there are at least 2 to 3 sets of clothes to wash and we quickly get inundated, so much so that my wife and I felt that with every free moment we were either washing, drying, folding or sorting kids clothes. At a certain point, wash and fold services crossed my mind to take the edge off and I came across these guys. Last week I bright in my first bag and wow, they did a great job! We brought in 20 lbs of kids stuff and within 6 hours it was clean, folded and ready to be put in drawers. Huge time saver! Great wash and fold service. Horrible. Nothing is clearly marked. There are machines that are malfunctioning and will not except credit card payments but you don't find that out until you put the credit card in and then you come back to the machine and see in the very small print do not use a credit card and they will not refund your money. Many machines out of order. This place is a Dump. read more

I brought in few blankets to wash since they're too big for my washer. I explained to the woman that I've never used a laundry mat before and I apologized if I sounded stupid but that I needed help. Not only was she smirking and was condescending towards me, I basically had to follow her around and keep repeatedly asking her over and over where this or that was. Only when I finally lost my patience and got angry with her did she finally show me, with a remark, "I'm surprised you've never done laundry before in your life" Like what !? I didn't know it was so difficult to be just a decent human and give a little instruction to someone who is asking for assistance. Shame on you lady! read more

Do not give this business any of your business. They just threw me and my service animal out of the business. Some unidentified individual started scream at my. I informed her my dog who was calmly laying on the floor. That she was a service dog. She does not always wear a vest. Today her vest was being washed. Per ADA law a service animal does not need too be marked. All a business can do is ask if a animal is service dog or not and what skill are they trianed to do. It's shame this was a nice place. I expected more of this place since it's in a good town. But it's an annoying mess. The ladies that work there are judgemental, loud, and lazy. They continuously have multiple dryers out of order, causing jam ups with customers. There is no wifi, no restroom unless you begin the attendant, and no drinks in the snack machine anymore. It's just not a comfortable, quiet place to get laundry done. read more
