Scott is a no b.s. kinda guy. He will not only tell you what the issue with your vehicle is, he'll also inform you of how it got that way in the first place, kind of like showing the customer the trail to the point of origin. He'll also offer suggestions to prevent having the same issue again in the future. He also points out if another issue is going to arise and what can be done about it before it gets too expensive to fix. I brought my jeep to his shop when it needed a fuel pump. I said I needed to have it running because of my job as quickly as possible and, within the next day, it was up, running and ready to go. I am a loyal supporter of the small business man. I will bring my jeep to Scott any time it needs anything and will highly recommend him to anyone. Over the year's I have used many auto mechanic shops. I've had the usual problems always more than what they quote, something else needs to be fixed, etc. And of course being just ripped off. We took our car to Scott and his diagnosis is always spot on and the price you are quoted is the price you pay. Scott White is one of the few honest techs I have met in this business. 1) had Scott do a diff swap in my toyota pu, for strange noise from the diff, after swapping the diff 3 times, Scott found the actual issue, a U Joint and drive shaft problem, only charged me for the orig swap labor, new u Joint, shims and install labor. had this been anyone else, I would have been charged for all 3 swaps of the diff. 2) bad wheel bearing in my daughters Kia Soul, sent her to see Scott, even though I know his day was busy he had her back on the road in less than 4 hours; and I quote "we have to take care of our daughters right?" amen Scott! I have since sent many friends to Scott, all have said the same thing; he's really nice and upfront, and doesn't charge an arm, leg and eye ball. read more

I took my son's car to The Shop for an overheating issue. After several attempts at it myself he was willing to take on the problem. Once again Scott has done a great job for me. I have a 2005 Saturn Vue, the AC was worn out. Scott replaced the condenser and I have really cold air again. This is not the first time I have posted on Yelp for his business. He has in the past replace front end parts on my wife's Saturn Sports Coupe.
