I bought the items I needed and opened the box when got home and noticed they gave me the wrong product. Bummer but no biggy, the next day I went in and told the sales rep. First she did not apologized for their shortcoming...instead she gave me the biggest attitude, throwing things...and saying the s word in korean under her breath. She made me literally wait there for about 15 minutes without an apology and why she is taking so long to simply just give me the product i bought... I've been here before when parking is absolutely packed, but on a Friday morning, we had plenty! The gentleman working there admitted that they weren't quite ready yet, but kindly allowed us to take a look around their store. Nature Collection sells skincare goods from brands such as Dear Packer, Beyond, Su:m37°, The History of Whoo, THE FACE SHOP, CNP Laboratory, O HUI, etc. They also had a small section of make up and cosmetic supplies from 3CE, VDL, and Missha (I also saw a Pony Effect palette, but this was not shelved yet). There's a good range of affordable brands to very high end ones, so there's something for everyone. And as with any skincare or make up store I go into, I always go in knowing what I need for my skin and have an idea of reasonable price range. I really like the fact that they have Dear Packer and Beyond goods here, since I only know of one other store that sells these brands. The closest THE FACE SHOP has closed too, so this can also save some time traveling all the way to Westfield Santa Anita for theirs. I purchased THE FACE SHOP Papaya Peel, cleansing lotion, and skin mask brush, and Dr. Jart masks. For freebies, I got wet tissues, History of Whoo Soo Soo Yeon sample kit, and a slew of skin care samples. For their Grand Opening Promotion, I was able to get a very nice canvas tote bag and spun a wheel to win a Beyond Waterful Shower Gel. I'm giving 5 stars because despite being in the early stages of opening, the service was very polite, courteous, friendly, and inviting. I have gone to far too many Asian beauty stores only to feel unwelcome from being closely followed around and stared at (I look a slob in real life, I'll be honest). I picked up a testing skincare bottle, and asked her what it was for, and the lady grabbed it out of my hand said it was "oil" and then placed it back onto the counter. My sister and I have been buying Korean products for many years at other stores, we like to buy the name brand: History of Whoo (a Korean brand name for skincare). This store was selling that same brand at an expensive amount, plus selling the knock off version of it. You can tell they're knock offs because the color of the bottles, they're not the same color as the original skin care bottles. Also, if you test the skincare samples, it doesn't smell the same and has a very potent and pungent smell. The real Korean products don't have that kind of smell, the real Korean products usually have an iridescent, light, smell.
