We were given excuse after excuse as to why they weren't delivering, until eventually the number we had for them (as well as the number they provided to the permitting office of Osceola county) was disconnected. So now were are out $3900, and have to jump through hoops to cancel the original permit so another company can finish the job. I crossed referenced the address given to permitting vs what's on their website so I know this is absolutely the same people.

You pull up to a small parking lot and and walk up to the gate with your tank. Once you walk into the office, they a call out one of the workers to the gate who then puts the tank on a scale that weights it once then they fill it. They have always carried it back to my car for me as then it is pretty heavy. There rates are on par with the other in the area and I am sure when I need to fill the tanks again, I will return.
