We had to be out of the house the next day, but where do I turn at 4 PM in the afternoon... A Storage Inn to the rescue!!! I called and talked to the on-site manager explaining the situation. He told me to come right in. He set me up with a great little unit, did all the paperwork and had me out the door in 20 minutes. Thank goodness for angels! This was on October 4, 2019, I wish I could remember the young man's name. I just called and talk to, what sounded like a different gentleman, to make sure we are all squared away with nothing due. He was very personable and polite. This company knows how to select outstanding employees. The unit and the grounds were clean and well-maintained. When my husband was there unloading the unit he noticed a woman driving around in a golf cart and she stopped to pick up a gum wrapper... Now that is attention to detail!! They're also temperature controlled. My friend says she pays about $130 per month for hers. It seems a bit pricey to me, but you know your things are going to be safe and guarded from mother nature. A few months back the owner(s) decided that the individual renters are required to provide proof of insurance on their units contents and if not they would provide insurance and charge the tenants. This really irked me and since I no longer lived near the 10x20 I was renting here I decided to find a closer storage facility. I moved out on June 1, a Sunday, the day that their office is closed. So I contacted them on Monday, June 2 to let them know that I had vacated. They automatically charged my credit card monthly on the first business day off the month, in this case June 2. When I asked If I would be refunded the June payment I was told that the owner does not like to give refunds! Well I do not like to be cheated! I asked the manager of my new storage unit what their policy was and they said that they would have given a 100% refund in this case and would pro-rate the last month the same way that they do the first month. This demonstrates the difference between an honest business and a lousy one and tells me everything that I need to know about their integrity. Storage units are everywhere so my advice is to go somewhere else!

I selected this company because it appeared to have good constructed units and safety features.
