I remind them, one of the fastest tire installs I had was here when I showed up just before close and they had me in and out in less than 20min. DJ helped get me squared away during my tire rotation and balance appointment this morning, he noticed I had a wiper issue after only a few months of purchase and without asking offered to correct it. I made an appointment for 3:00 pm got there at 2:50 they told me it was going to take one hour to an hour and a half tops, it took them almos two hours and a half hours (they kept getting vehicles in front off me! I and my wife have always had very positive experiences with Discount Tire. We have bought most of your tires from there and frequently use their outstanding services. Unfortunately, I would NOT recommend this particular store. We were told that the wait would be 2 hours for our car to be serviced, I repeated only 2 hours and the salesperson stated yes. So we waited. after 2hrs and 15min, I asked how much longer, I was told that I would have to wait an additional hour and a half, but even this would probably be longer. The salesperson, Isaac, was very unprofessional and did NOTHING to help us. Honestly, he appeared to get satisfaction at our misfortune of walking into THIS store. Don't waste your time at this store, go to ANY OTHER Discount Tire store. Fortunately, on our drive out of Albuquerque with a tire that had a screw in it, we stopped at the Discount Tire store in Los Lunas and had the BEST experience there. Thank you, Stephen! While on vacation a 120 miles from the nearest location. I called and spoke with Mason explained my situation and how asked what I needed to do to get to them. He said do what I needed to get down the road safely. He set an appointment for me at 9am the following day and ordered my replacement tire. Upon arrival everyone in the shop was extremely helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions and explained what happened to my tire (I hit a large rock on the highway). I seem to have bad luck with tires, but thankfully discount is great to their customers. Twice this month I have been in to fix flat tires, and with warranties these visits have not broke my bank. Both visits were fairly fast visits and they have WiFi, water, coffee and the AC works. Arrive early for the fastest visit, and as long as you maintain your rotations you always get a great deal! read more

They were so amazing. My back tire was slashed or something but it was flat. I brought my car in after I missed my appointment time and they still saw me. Ok, 2nd trip into Discount in 2 weeks. First time was a screw and they fixed it fast in Phoenix. This morning ran over something and got a flat in Albuquerque. If it was possible to give Zero star, that's what I would have given. I had appointment for tire check/repair due to repeated low pressure in one tire. I made an appointment online for a 1 PM. When I made that appointment, most of the afternoon slots were available. I arrived at 1:03PM. I was denied access because of my tardiness. The guy at the booth was not kidding and argued with me that at the doctor's office, they would do the same thing, which is a total lie! People don't turn patients away if they come in 3 minutes after their scheduled time. I decided to drive away, and went to Jiffy Lube instead, with no appointment, and in and out in 30 minutes!!! Dropped my car off about 12:25pm for a slow leak in my driver tire. 30 minutes later I got a call and they asked me to send a copy of my invoice over for when I bought my tires in March 2017 (really?). I sent over and then didn't hear back so around 3pm I came over to pick up my car. It was sitting on its spare and Chris the worker asked if I wanted to order a new tire. He didn't call me or inform me of any changes and he just waited until he asked about me wanting a new tire. He couldn't call me about what was needed for my vehicle until I came over?? I usually don't write reviews either lazy or don't care enough, but got to give credit when credit is deserved. So I purchased about a year ago 4 of there lest expensive tires for my Toyota corolla. The sales person talked me into purchasing a warranty on the tires. ( actually he was right always get the warranty) anyway I got a blowout on my right front which was unable to be fixed. No questions asked they give me a new tire balanced it and checked my other tires without charge. I did pay 10 dollars for a warranty on the new tire which I was more than happy to pay. Came in because my all my tires were trash and I needed new ones. They were quick to check me in and they had someone looking at my tires within 10 minutes. The employees were friendly and I did not feel pressured to get the most expensive tires. I left my car there for about 1 1/2 hours and then they sent me a text when it was ready to be picked up. Isaac at the Pan American store in Albuquerque felt like helping a customer was a bit too much for him. I had a screw in my front left tire and wanted it plugged temporarily until my new tires came in. I ordered them online. He refused to plug my tire, hiding behind some obscure safety net about not plugging a tire with low tread. I told him my tires were already on the way it was only for a couple of days but he refused. Instead he felt sending me down the road with a leaking tire was the better option. Great job Isaac! Well, I ended up spending a lot more money than I thought I would but the price was fair and the service was excellent. 1-2 of my stock rims were bent and this isn't the first time I've had to replace the steel POS's so I decided to upgrade and get Jenny (our beloved lady mule of a ford focus) some new rims. She's treated us well and she deserves a mani/pedi. The tires come with free rotation and we have a warranty as well. The employees are kind and helpful and the location is clean. If you need a place to wait Nexus Brewery behind Discount has a great selection of beer/wine and the southern food is yummy. read more
