Drove away happy. Now I've returned for a winter tire swap. Did it at 8am on a Wednesday. Guys opened the store, came right out to the parking lot to meet the first 3 of us at 755am, promised that I'd be done in an hour and was done in 35 minutes. Great explanations, no nonsense. Prior management was great. But then it changed. This location failed to catch a leaking valve stem and 3tires later , it took another location to figure it out. Mind you... when it was missed the first time I drove my car to Texas and back on a brand new tire while in Texas we noticed it was a bit low so we filled it with air. I made it back by the grace of God because that valve stem leak caused the tire to rip open, literally. When I took it to this location I told them they were the ones to put the tire on so CJ, the manager reluctantly gave me another tire and told me if it happened again that he would not cover it. Well not even a week after that tire was replaced, I was yet again on a flat. The other tire location found the issue right away and luckily CJ and his crew accidentally ordered two tires instead of one for my previous replacement and so I made sure to get that tire and get this situation resolved once and for all. It's super sad that I was treated like a dummy and as if it was my fault but look who's the dummy now... this location and all those that had a part in this. I will never take my car to this location again. Buying 295/30 nitto nt555 g2's is not cheap and having to deal with weeks of not knowing what the heck is causing the issue, is b.s .... I made an appointment for one tire to be replaced, which I had paid for beforehand. I had to wait for 45 minutes after my appointment before they even brought my car in to be looked at, and I could see through the window that it took 15 more minutes before they changed it. It took an additional 5-10 minutes afterward for them to get me. Not sure why they offer appointments if they don't honor them. read more

This is my first review of the Discount Tire located on Havana and Iliff and my second outstanding experience with their team. Both times I've purchased tires and / or wheels from them over the phone because the website can be a little difficult to navigate and I wanted to make sure that what I was ordering was the correct model number. Each time I've received the highest level of customer service--Juan, Dave, and Paul have all helped me and have called the wheel manufacturers directly to confirm that the models I was looking into fit my vehicle. Everyone at this location is professional and knowledgeable. The thing that puts them over the top is their attention to detail. The new wheels I ordered came with branded center caps, but they would also fit my OEM center caps. I didn't have to ask the crew there to switch the center caps, it was already done when my car was ready. The easily could have left the branded center caps in there and informed me of the ability to switch them out. But they went the extra mile and it made my day. Need a tutorial on how to reset your TPMS sensors? Don't worry, Juan's got the manual memorized and can walk you through step-by-step. I can't say enough good things about the folks that work here. As I spent an hour or so in the waiting area, at least two people walked in off the street with questions about their car. Each time Dave walked out to their car and spent 10 minutes or so just chatting with them about their issue. Are they fast? Yes--but, in my case, that speed came at a cost: While fixing a flat tire for me, the technician apparently got a little reckless with the wheel on the tire changing machine, and the bead breaker bent the aluminum rim. I did not notice this for several months, but when I returned to the store, they would not accept responsibility for the damage, explaining that there was no way for them to know if they were to blame--despite the fact that they had been the only ones to have done any work on the wheels/tires in the interim. That experience cost me a new set of four rims, since the single wheel that had been damaged was discontinued. Next, it was discovered that a technician had mis-threaded the bolts on not one...not two...but three hub bolts, and then apparently tightened them down with a power ratchet--thus stripping the bolts. This, too, they refused to accept responsibility for because of the months-worth of time that had passed since they had last touched my car (and, ironically, that had been when they installed the four new wheels!). It cost me over $300 to get the ruined wheel bolts removed from two different hubs, and have new ones installed. I was not pleased. So, yes, the technicians work very fast...but at what cost? If you go here, just make sure that you inspect the wheels of your car and that you remove and replace the lug nuts on all the wheels--to ensure that they haven't been mis-threaded--before you leave their lot. read more

They follow and honest business model and even if you didn't buy your tires from them, they will repair any nail damage in your car for free! Maybe the free tire rotations is a joke on me. I love the free tire rotations because I'm the kind of guy that likes to keep up on maintenance. Psychologically, I just don't feel right driving the car if I feel like I'm over 5000 miles without my rotation. The flip side to this is, that every 5000 miles, gives the tire guys a chance to let you know that the tread is running dangerously thin. The truth of the matter is that every two years, you probably have to get new tires despite the 50,000 mile warranty. Prices are as good as anywhere and service is always top notch. Sometimes though, you will need to garner the intestinal fortitude to pass them on their offer to replace tires and tell them you will see them later in another 5000 miles. read more
