Nothing, nada, zip, zero, zilch!!! this place really sucks. Do not get your tires from there. I bought tires from expensive overpriced when I went back for a tire I had to sit there for four hours. I got my truck back and the on the tire pressure messed up and I couldn't read my tire pressure till this day. I take it back for a tire rotation and they tell me I have to sit there for four hours or leave the car for 4 to 5 hours or make an appointment so I make an appointment and go back when my appointment is due only for them to tell me, I have to leave my car there for 4 to 5 hours for a simple tire rotation. I have never had this issue with any other tire company 10 to 15 minutes. The longest I ever had to wait for a tire rotation oh but the day I bought tires, they were ready to sell me my tires and put them on right away. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This location sucks big time and the manager doesn't care if you have an appointment or not he will make you sit there for four hours or leave your car for half a day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I suggest any other tire company except Les Schwab. So I set up an alignment and oil change for my truck. I dropped it off at 10am on 12/14 with Eric. I received a call about 10 minutes later saying that my upper ball joints needed to be replaced and they couldn't do the alignment unless this was done. I asked him for pricing and was told $1800. I opted to go with just the oil change and get the alignment done elsewhere. So I went to pick up my truck and pay for the oil change. They said it was $150! Wtf?!? So I was told my filter housing was cracked so they replaced it for a metal one. They never mentioned this during the service which I would assume be appropriate and not surprise their customer with an extra $50 charge. At this point I was done with this place. After paying the service guy, as Eric wasn't available, and before leaving I asked for a quote to replace the ball joints. They never provided me with one so I felt that was a bit odd or suspicious. Anyways I went down to another shop that same day and got my alignment without any issues. Never dealing with this shop again and I hope others do the same. Life is hard enough without people and businesses trying to screw you over!! read more

NOT ANYMORE! 06/21/22 at 10:15 I took my car in to rotate new tires. Was informed (estimate 16800144917) that I needed new brakes including rotors $736.42. Concerned, because our son uses the car for school, I had our family mechanic of over 20 years take a look...because less than three years ago I had that all done by the same company and location. This is a shout out to Dave at the E Smoky Hill location and Jonathan at the new E Quincy location. After having a totally unsatisfactory service trip to the dealership oil change and wheel alignment, I stopped by Dave's location. He took a look at my tires and advised they were not as safe as I thought they were. During our discussion, in which he demonstrated more attention than I expected, he made a recommendation on replacement and priced it out for me. The following day (today) I went to the E Quincy store for the replacement and I'm now the owner of the new tires! The purpose of the review is to let you know LST has customer service down to an art form. These two gentlemen demonstrated the brand's commitment to customer service. They patched it and sent me off for FREE, had me in and out in 15 minutes, and as if that's not awesome enough, all 3 employees I interacted with were in their a game as far as service. I was out driving with my disabled parents and got a check tire light. I stopped to check the tire and it was hissing very loudly. I was close by this Les Schwab so I pulled in. I knew that the tire needed to be replaced due to a visible crack in the side wall and that I would need to take it to the dealer since it's less than a year old. Les Schwab took me right away and put my spare on. I was in and out in 10 minutes or less, they let my parents stay in the car and didn't charge me! The guys that were at the shop on 2/20/20 are/were incredible. We went in for a rotation and balance before a road trip because we bought a used car-had a problem with a tire, the dealership "replaced" the wheel bearing. The second the tech touched the tire he knew there was an issue with the tire still. They called a manager to look at it, he agreed. They wrote an email/invoice for us to immediately take to the dealership. They were very friendly even when I was pacing from how mad I was at the dealership. Disrespectful customer service. Spoke to one of their employee on the phone about tire replacement. Told me that the tires will be here by 10am will give me a call when it's ready. It's past 1pm and no call. So I called them back on the status and Eric was talking to me like he did not want to help me at all, lack of patience and just wants to get off the phone. I asked if their tire shipment has been here and told me yes, so I've been waiting this whole time no one called to tell me that my tires are ready. It's unfortunate that these people work at that place and disrespect people in the phone and no sense of customer service. I'd rather go elsewhere and have people like that take care of my car. Plus, I got my oil change there, and one of their employees messed up and left my engine oil cup on and came back and to the store and no one even apologized for the inconvenience that they did to my car. I am an engineer and I rarely rate businesses because I have high expectations that they will perform well ... but I'm often disappointed . However , in the case of the Les Schwab tire dealer on Quincy at Piccadilly, these guys are nothing short of incredible. They made me feel incredibly important, wanting to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I was exceedingly pleased both with their spot on alignment tolerances and recommendations on new tires. My car drives like brand-new. On the same day I took a second of our cars to them and they resolved issues that has been going on for about 12 years... in 20 minutes. Larry is incredible. From the moment I drove up, I was greeted and treated with high respect, from mechanics to supervisor to store manager. I described all the ailments of my 2012 Mazda 6 and the fact I was on a limited budget. They did a number of things at no cost, and then helped me prioritize and set a timeline for the services and repairs I would need over the next 6 months. Their prices are completely reasonable, while their expertise is outstanding. I paid a whopping $65 today - alignment, headlight change, tire repair and a diagnostic. These guys are top notch at Les Schwab on Quincy! I stopped for tire check and my car wouldn't start. They went above and beyond their tire duties to diagnose my mechanical problem. They didn't have to do anything, but they told me what they thought it was and pushed my car to a parking spot till tow truck driver could come. I went the Les Schwab located at 21609 E Quincy Ave, Aurora, CO 80015 for an alignment check. The check showed no need for an alignment, but they completed one anyway and then charged me for it. Then - the manager of the store brought to my attention a large scratch down the passenger side of my car. He said that there was equipment left down when they backed the car out of the bay and it scratched it. I submitted their required paperwork along with two bids from repair shops. Both bids were around $3,800. I waited 30 days before calling their headquarters to follow up Jamal Hamid said he hadn't received anything about my case, although the person who answered the phone knew he was assigned to it... Then, Eric, the manager of the store in Colorado who damaged my car lied and said I sold my car which excuses their need to pay for the damages. SOOO scummy. I will never use Les Schwab for anything ever again. If you search online, you will see many people have been screwed by their scummy business practices. So gross. read more

Fast, friendly and great customer service! I've had two vehicles with tire service at this location and each time I'm more impressed. The techs work on your vehicle and also check you in. I pull into the parking lot and the techs make a point to greet you at your vehicle. The lobby/waiting area is clean, bright and a nice area to wait.
