Stopped by with small pin hole leak in front tire. They took great care of me and repaired the tire and asked if I wanted to purchase tire coverage for future repairs or replacement. They treated me very fair and did not try to string arm me into buy a new tire like some of the others would have tried to do. I am impressed with their level of service and low pressure sales method and I would recommend this location and I will use them in the future. read more

Went in for a tire rotation. I had some issues with some valve covers that I put on and got seized. They went above and beyond to try and carefully take them off and fix a problem I created that they didn't have to. Outstanding customer service. That's why I send my friends and family there. After going to many places that told me they do not service my cargo van even though all I needed was a tire plug .. I came to discount tire and all three gentlemen greeted me and were very polite and professional .. They plugged my tire quickly and the free coffee soda and snacks were also a plus ! My daughter and S-I-L were visiting from Chicago this Memorial Day Weekend. They left to go home yesterday (Memorial Day) and within a couple miles got a flat. They went to Firestone Service Center in Avon, Ohio to get it repaired as it was just a small cut on the tread. The employee told them he couldn't install a plug. Having worked at Dealer Tire I know a plug could have been installed. When my S-I-L said that I had said it could be plugged the employee stated: "Listen, it's Memorial Day and no one else is open. Either buy a new tire or I can't help you". Wow! Way to gouge a customer when you have them in a pinch. Just remember, these kids from Chicago have two parents, 20 aunts and uncles and 54 cousins in the Avon, Ohio area. Word gets out my friend. I will always go to Discount Tire right up the street and recommend it to friends. They have been honest with me with great service. And I don't think they would rob a young couple as Firestone in Avon, Ohio did. read more

I was in a bad spot! On my way to work my tire light popped up. So I pull into palace I'd never been before Discount Tire. I pulled up to the bay door and was quickly greeted by a young man. He said "hello, how can I help you". I told him about the light. He check the air in the tires at no charge and noticed a nail in one of them. With no choice I had to let them fix it. Little did I know they would have me back on the road in 15min!!! And did not charge me a dime!!!! WOW! The store was clean. The people were polite and we'll dressed. It's great to know there are still business that will give you great service and not hit you up for $$$. I found a new tire place! read more

Do not count on rebates from Discount tire. I purchased 4 Michelins 2 months ago and was advised I would receive an $70.00 rebate. Discount sent me a prepaid visa card. The first 3 times I tried to use it the card was declined. The next purchase went through for $9.00 and the next purchase declined. My 5th purchase went through for $8.90. Next purchases were declined and the last merchant advised it stated I only have .20cents left on my card. What a scam Discount Tire is. Cannot comment on my tires yet because it has only been 2 months. Their "alleged" sale did entice me to use them instead of Costco which is my tire store of choice. Never again. read more

The guys met us in the parking lot with a friendly greeting. We got right in for a tire repair. The technician took us back to show us the leak and explained why it had happened. Best of all, there was no charge for the fix! All personnel were friendly and helpful. I will return for my new tires soon. I highly recommend them. read more
