I'm a bit irritated. I stopped in to get my tire pressure checked. Granted I have after market valve covers and apparently the two front ones were stuck on. I empathize with the fact they had an issue getting the two front ones off. The reason for being irritated is the fact that normally having them check the air is free. I had a tip ready for them and the guy who checked the tires tells me his boss is mad because it was taking too long to get the two stem covers off, then proceeded to tell me it was going to now cost me $20 plus tax was added. I didn't have the money to begin with and have now overdrafted to pay for something I was not expecting, especially since I wasn't told prior to them taking them off. Had I known I wouldn't have had them do it. I previously gave 5 stars but today I feel like they did me dirty. So I won't be returning. read more

These guys were absolutely fantastic... I needed two tires patched and this place was recommended. I pulled in and it was like something out of a NASCAR pitstop... I stayed in my car while these guys put two jacks under my jeep popped off my tires and I was in and out in probably 20 minutes if that. I was expecting to pay well over $100 and it ended up to be $20 per tire, which to me is a great price. Going forward I will take any tire issue or new tire installment to these guys. So how long do you think it takes to get four tires installed. My experience is normally two hours. This place got me in and out in less than one hour. That's fast as hell. I didn't purchase anything here but stopped in after hitting a pothole ripped a hole in my tire. The two employees I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately they didnt have a new or used tire in my size. They were apologetic and even offered to order one in (and said they could get it in a day or so). Unfortunately I am leaving the area tomorrow AM. They gave some suggestions on where to stop next. If I lived in the area, I would definitely check this place out. read more

Went there yesterday was told my car needed a special inversion to be mounted well that was $54. I agree to it reluctantly then they found a hole in the tire they had a patch so they had to redo it they were talking another $54. I said I said you don't want just put the flat tire back on so they finally get it fixed tearing up my lug nuts. Long story short the tire is flat this morning and I'm not going there again because they do not know what they're doing they're rude they tried to tell me that the rim leak was my fault I'm like how on Earth is that my fault you're the one that mounted the tire. I live in Cleveland where the streets are paved with gold. Or potholes more likely. I got a flat tire around 9pm. Called this place because they open at 7 AM and being that they're in Cleveland I didn't have to get on the highway to get there (which is a necessity because of the spare). They said it was first come first served. They charged me $30 for a very good looking used tire and had me out of there within 15 minutes. I got to work on time. The professional, courteous manner of this establishment made the stress of a flat tire seem like no big deal. I highly recommend. read more

I came here after I got a flat last week. They were friendly, prompt, and didn't try to oversell me on anything. Within 30 minutes, I had a brand new Kendra Tire installed for ~$70. They have new and used tires there. I even saw the other tech fill up the air in the tires for a single mom who was also having a tire put on. read more

Gotta be the first one to give the guys at Tireman a shout out! First of all, my man Jeff was the one I had the chance to meet and have him change my tires. This guy is the definition of quick, efficient and to the point. Greatly appreciated him managing changing the tires, looking up prices, etc. he was awesome. I was unfortunate to have two flats inside a few months, which were replaced by Tire Man. Fine. A week after my second tire I noticed I needed a balance. I returned, there were no open spaces. I don't mind waiting, but I simply asked the employee on hand does he have an idea for the time frame on how long of a wait. The reply of "No one came to work I am the only one here, get in line" didn't really answer my question. My reply of "Do you have just an idea because I need to work in a little while?" was responded with "As I said get in line I will get to you when I can" Well, Buddy you change tires, you perform a service. I don't care if no one showed up for work. I understand you needed to voice yourself to make it known to your boss that you are the hero of the day, but being rude and indifferent to a customer is very unprofessional customer service. I left down the street to Killroys Tire which is just up the street, The single employee was polite and said he could take car the balance in 45 minutes. I left 45 minutes later to return with him ready. I would also like to note the only two tires that needed balance were the two newer ones purchased from Tire Man. Tire Man, 30 years of using your service has come to an end for me. read more

Stay away. My first time going to this place. Seemed like a nice place & fast service for a 10 min job installing a tpms sensor. Quote was $20.00. Dirty talking, incompetent employee, removed the tire, then came to me & said that the TPMS sensor can not be unscrewed & that he will have to brake the nut to get it off. Im a car dealer & when cars are serviced almost never had this happen, as the caps are aluminum. Wanted to charge me $8.00 for a screw cap. I said the genuine dealer service is way cheaper, which it is @$10.00 & they never break no screws. Employee told me that it will be cheaper at the dealer. I said okay put the tire back I will go to the dealer, it is cheaper. He puts the tire on, and comes in to tell me it will be $5.00, which of course I was not willing to pay for incompetence. He then asks me if I want him to to do the job, for which I agreed to with him for $20.00. This man takes the wheel, & takes a grinder to the tpms sensor which I currently have. Scuffing the crap out of the rim. Come to pay, another idiot clerk, charged me $4.50 extra for the aluminum cap against my permission. Not only was I overcharged 1.5 times, they also messed up the rim. Attorney general complaint has been filed. read more

I found a nail in my tire on Saturday morning so I quickly looked up a tire service shop that was close to me and I found Tireman. Seeing how they were only open until noon on Saturdays I left immediately and got there at 11:50 only to find out the shop was closed up and the doors were locked. I called and asked if they were still open and the person on the phone said they were closing down. I explained that I was right outside and I really needed some assistance because my tire was going flat. I finally convinced a mechanic to come out and look at my tire. Even though they were still technically open he said I would have to pay a little more since it would probably take him 15 minutes to patch it (oh the tragedy of not leaving work the minute it closes). I reluctantly agreed to pay him an extra $10 to do the job the he was still on the clock for. Next he asked me if I had cash, to which I replied no. He followed up with the excuse that they had already shut down the credit card machine for the day so he couldn't do it unless I paid cash (even though it still wasn't noon). After I left I took my car up to Broadview Auto Service about five minutes away (which also closes at noon) and the mechanics were willing patched my tire without any fuss. I also didn't have to pay anything extra or in cash. The lesson here is that if you have to pay someone extra for doing their job while they are still on the clock, it's pretty indicative of what kind of business they are running. read more
