They jumped on the phone and made arrangements for me with a place they were pretty sure could help me. I drove up there the same day and had all my issues sorted. My point is this: Wouldn't it be great if every business's first goal was a happy customer? My situation was VERY tricky and not-at-all common. I'm sure they can help you with everything you need, but knowing that they'll do what they can, even when they're not going to make a dime doing it??? This is what customer service looks like. NOT A GROCERY... This is a TIRE SHOP. These guys are a well oiled machine. They did each step like an assembly line. Last time I had my tires replaced was at a Firestone dealer. It was an hour and a half of sitting there. These guys had me in and out in under 20 minutes and like I said, I watched them work each step. They didn't skip anything. This is what a work ethic looks like. This is what efficiency looks like. And the cost? I brought the tires; they removed the old, mounted and balanced the new for $10 a tire.
