Distorted sound right off the bat. The owner corrected the guy who installed it and had him make an adjustment which the owner pinpointed in a matter of seconds. The install guy was clueless and needed coaching. They broke several clips off my dashboard and left it loose. I went back to get it handled and waited about 20 mins. I was told they would have the clips ready to repair my dashboard and when I showed up I was told they would have to "make something" to repair my dashboard. Then I got the run around and eventually got tired of waiting and told them not to worry about it and I would handle it myself. They seemed relieved to not have to talk to me about their "work". The owner Mike said he couldn't do anything about it, and also refused to give us the title to the truck saying that he no longer owned the business. Terrible con-man. 4500 for absolutely nothing but headaches and grief. No remorse, didn't even try to make things right.
