I came to this location with a nail in my tire. The person who helped me inspected my tire and said it was not able to be fixed because it's too close to the sidewall. He proceeded to sell me a brand new tire that would be delivered the next day. The next day comes and when I get there, they tell me they can't work on my vehicle because they don't have the right adapter for my wheel lugs. They refused to help me find the adapter and told me I was on my own to find an auto shop that has one. I left without being able to install the brand new $600 tire I just purchased from them. I took my vehicle to a local shop just 2 minutes away from Discount Tire. The local shop was able to take the nail out. Turns out the nail didn't even penetrate my tire enough to cause issues, as they tested it for leaks and it turned out just fine. I went back to return the new tire. STAY AWAY from Discount Tire... this location specially. They employ shady people who will lie to you to get you to buy from them so they can make money off of you. read more

Love love loved my experience here. I made an appointment to replace all 4 of my tires. It went so smooth, quickest smoothest service I've ever received. I'm excited to go back for check ups, rotations and need car maintenance over the lifetime of my tires. I love that they have locations across the country. This used to be my go-to Tire spot since I've lived in Crestwood for over 10 years. I've recommended countless friends and coworkers to this location but after the last few visits, I likely will be trying out a different business. In January I had a low tire which also supposedly lead to a bad TPMS sensor. I bought 3 new tires (one was still fine) and replaced the bad TPMS sensor. They tried to upsell me to get all 4 new sensors but I'm a firm believer in "if it ain't broke...don't fix it", which clearly was the right decision here. Reason being it took 3 trips back to Discount tire for them to finally realize they installed the TPMS sensor wrong. They gave every excuse in the book, "you need to drive on it more, it'll fix itself", "It's your custom rims", "It's the bluetooth", etc etc..... until I told them to take one of the other tires off and look to see how those sensors are installed since they work perfectly fine. If all worked before I showed up to your shop... then my truck is not the problem guys. Eventually they said they "flipped" the sensor and it works now. Fast forward 3 months to now. I'm in construction so picking up a nail isn't foreign to me unfortunately. So I scheduled my appt online, showed up for the free tire repair (which is great policy btw), and waited for my tire to get fixed. They were busy so 1.5 hours was about what I expected even though it takes all of 15 mins to do. That's not my issue. My issue is, the kids they have working in the garage are always on some BS. Aside from them looking at you through the window and clearly gossiping, they now decided to rummage through my center console, and leave everything that they went through all over the seats, floor, and torn up. I had a pair of ray bans in a case that were completely removed and thrown away from the case. Not sure what you guys were looking for but I told you, just like I always do, the wheel lock was in the glove box. This was incredibly unprofessional and quite frankly an invasion of my space that they were not permitted to be in. Why you wouldn't put everything back after you literally ransacked my s*** to at least cover it up is blatant disrespect. At this point I regret buying the warranty on the tires because I have no intention of going back. They used to be great, I do like the guys up front (that's why there are any stars), but if I can't trust the people in the garage with my Truck then that's it for me. Hopefully they can turn this around in the future but I won't be back after this one. read more

Excellent service. I had done my research prior to my reservation and purchased my 4 new tires a day before hand on Discount Tire's website. I got to my appointment about 25 mins early the next day and ask that they hold on to one of my old tires so that I could make a a full-size spare instead of the donut that came with my car. The crew at Discount tire had me done 10 mins after my appointed time, from start to finish was like 30 mins and they placed my old tire I wanted to keep in a bag and placed it in my trunk. I've been coming to this place for years! It's usually always a long wait but the awesome service is what makes up for the wait. Today I took my car in and waited. When it was my turn, a young guy named Michael came to take my car in, I stated that I could drive in and he rolled his eyes and with an attitude said follow me. I drove in the bay and as he was attempting to guide me, he expressed an attitude again! When he began to service my car, he started on the correct side, stopped and went to the other side. When he started to unscrew my lug nuts, I let him know he was working on the wrong tire. He rolled his eyes, huffed, and said he's working on what they said. I said that's not the right tire. With an attitude, he stood up, snatched the paper he was working on and tried to show me. I just asked for a manager. He walked off like a 5year old and told his manager. Thankfully he manager was able to assist me because I asked that he not touch my car. Someone with that kind of attitude working on my car can't be trusted. I need to feel safe and cared for with something that could cost me my life if done incorrectly. I hope he gets some customer service training because his attitude is not good! They are good for buying/installing new tires but they're not good at communication, they don't stand behind their work, and they don't answer their phones if you call. They are also not good at taking people in order if it's for warranty work. I have sat in the waiting room for hours watching people arrive after me and be taken care of before me, only to be turned away. All the while the phone is ringing and never being answered.
