Rumble noise at high speed…read more Called another shop who said it was probably front end wheel bearings but couldn't get the car in for a week so I had decided to have Scotts, you save look at it and he told me it wasn't the bearings or CV joints, but the tires were cupped and we just had them rotated from the rear a few days ago We decided to do an alignment since I never had it done before, and it was out a little bit which they fixed. So they saved me a ton of money, by not replacing the wheel bearings and being hotness in straightforward with me. Definitely recommend their business.

The guys were top notch. They sold me 4new $320(each) tires that were manufactured three years ago and one that was 4years old. $1600 total for just the rubber. Three/four years these sat somewhere at different shops. I did know these we're coming from different locations but they did not disclose the age to me. Had to sift through receipt and it caught my eye. Had I known, I wouldn't have bought them. Don't feel grate about this place. Not sure I can recommend at this point. Edit 8/21 Customer service has been great. Their satisfaction guarantee is excellent. 500 miles or 30 days which ever comes first to be completely satisfied with the purchase. Dealing with a fellow by the name of Mark. Got the tires swapped out for new stock. Well done. Moral of the story. I should have done some research on what to look for when making new tire purchases. I would have learned what to ask and look for. Save yourself some time by asking yourself if you're ok with the age of the tire before you have them mounted.

Yesterday they replaced the master cylinder and brake booster for my Mom's vehicle. When they sent…read moreme quote, I couldn't understand why they were charging me so much in labor, so I called them. They told me that the master cylinder and booster were separate parts that were located in different locations. I couldn't imagine that, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I had them show me the parts. As soon I as viewed them, I saw that the master cylinder did in fact bolt to the brake booster. I asked to talk to the manager who tried to tell me the master cylinder was on the inside of the firewall. I argued the point with him and he finally told me "I guess your not a tech because if you were you would have replaced the parts yourself." After paying (almost $1,700), we walked out to the vehicle to a brake pedal that depressed all the way to the floor. After bringing it to their attention, they re-bled the lines and I overheard the manager (Larry) tell a tech that there was a lot of air in the left side. The pedal was still not as firm as I would have expected, but we took it home. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Less than a week later, I was having similar car issues. I took my car to another mechanic shop for a second opinion, and that's when I was notified that my Right Front Brake Pad fell off. The mechanic at the second shop told me that my car was not drive-able due to the damages, and that it would need to get towed back to AutoFix since my car was still under warranty. AutoFix REFUSES to pay for the tow simply because I took my car to another shop for a second opinion. I find this to be extremely sketchy as a business. Because essentially I paid for a service that they did not fulfill, and actually caused more damages to my car. Instead of AutoFix taking accountability to rectify the problem, and to satisfy their customers (which by the way, I already paid $500 to get my brakes fixed), they refuse to help the situation because I took my car to another shop ONLY FOR A SECOND OPINION Basically, sketchy company with questionable quality of service on repairs. They'll only take your money and won't actually fix your car
