Toyota didn't have the size tires we needed in stock so we decided to try discount tires the next day. Came in early on a Saturday morning, Labor Day weekend. The staff was in full swing after being open for just 2 mins! They had awesome Labor Day deals and snacks and drinks for the customers while we waited for our new tires to be put on. Once complete, they drove our car right up to the curb to us which was great service. Have had the tires for 2 months now and they're going strong. I came in with no clue what tires I needed, I just knew I needed new ones and I'm on a budget. I walked in and Tevin started helping me. I told him what was going on and he suggested the tires that were good quality and fit the budget. Tevin and the other guys were super nice too, which always makes the experience better. I went there once to get my tires rotated. After waiting 1/2 hour they told me "We won't be able to rotate the tires because your tires with the most tread are already on the rear". Duh...how do you think that happened.. Steering on fronts, all acceleration on the front (FWD), most braking on the fronts. And since the tires were installed new at the same time, the fronts have worn more. Hence, the need for rotation. The dummies could not understand this and refused to rotate the tires. First and Last visit. Waste of time. You can do better. read more

These guys are over the top with customer service! I have always loved Discount Tire stores and this store was no different. I just bought new tires for my Odyssey and wheels and tires for my Tacoma. Sean was excellent and spent quite a bit of time helping me find just the right wheels and tires for my Tacoma. He was not only knowledgeable but also gave me a great price. Devin called me by name when I was having my truck worked on. Johan and Nich took care of me when I got new tires on my Honda Odyssey and both just had great, positive attitudes. Matt the manager is just a great guy. When my new tires on my truck didn't ride quite how I liked them (not at all Discount's fault) Matt tried several different options of tires to make sure that the problem was addressed to my satisfaction. These guys are pros and take care of you like family. They've got my loyalty not just because they always beat everyone else's lowest price but also just because they have such great customer service. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP.. they will give you 100 different reasons about why a new tire needs replace.. took my car there with a nail in my brand new tire and it had a little cracks in them from being flat... went down the road to a different shop and they fixed me right up! read more

Tevin one of their employees has extremely bad customer service. Took my car to get new tires a hour before they close. He told me he can squeeze me in. Told me to be back at 6:30. He chewed me out for being a little late back due to traffic. I told him, I'm sorry I was stuck in traffic on I 35. He told me don't care! He didn't have time to wait on my white ass!! That he has a family to get back to. I was shocked that he brought up the color of my skin. I found it to be very disgusting in the customer service I received. read more

After taking my car to Hibdons, i went here to double check what the Hibdon's "technicians" said. After buying new tires the last two times I had nails (after only getting them repaired for 30 years with NO ISSUES) suddenly I always needed new tires at hibdons (which they were more than happy to lie to sell me). Sure enough the nail was almost in the center of the tire and Discount Tire fixed it with no issues and I didn't mention the tread "Issue" that Hibdons found but asked them to evaluate my tires to see if they were safe and had plenty of tread. Sure enough, Hibdon's lied again. Do yourself a favor and go here (or anywhere other than Hibdons and Firestone) if you want an honest company. Thank you Discount Tire for being what Hibdon's was before their buyout. You'll have my business the next 30 years. read more

The other day my wife was having an extremely hard time finding someone to fix her tire late in the day walmart had told her it would be over three hours to fix a flat and was extremely rude about it, I called Discount Tire to see if they could get her in because it was close to closing time and they said sure thing come on by. even though the tire ended up not being fixable due to the location of the puncture they removed it and put on her spare and didn't even charge us. I dont know the name of the man who helped her but she said he was very courteous and helpful with the whole deal, great people at this store. read more

I own a Lexus IS 250. I had an appt set with Lexus to purchase new tires, but my mother recommended I call Discount first before going through with purchasing from Lexus. I immediately canceled the appt with Lexus after speaking with Brandon! I was very impressed with the staff of this store & I am very satisfied with my tire purchases. Brandon made sure to show me more than one option of tires and explained the warranties on each & even worked harder to sell me the more affordable brand because of better mileage. This store is very knowledgable and VERY speedy!! It only took them 15-20 minutes to do the actual tire replacements. I HIGHLY recommend this place for purchasing new tires. Talked to Brandon at this location. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He asked exactly what I was looking for and gave me solid advice in return. The prices were fair, the last set of tires I had were cheaper, but they were pretty worn and they seemed too small for my truck anyway. This new pair made the truck look better all together. I even learned some new things regarding tread and terrain. From the time they got the truck in the garage and finished was about 25 minutes maybe. Super fast, like NASCAR level stuff. There's also a window where you can watch them replace your tires from the inside office. Great experience. I would recommend them to anyone. Also they do not offer alignments but they do direct you to a mechanic that does and they offer you a discount! read more

This is where I bought my tires and they are pretty fairly priced. The place is clean, the location is close the I-35 and good shopping so I can drop off and get some errands done. I find the sales staff Is pretty good, clear communicators, flexible and informative. So far, no problems, right. Well, there's these two things that drive me stinking insane. 1) they never put the valve stem caps on this get enough, sometimes, not at all. This wouldn't be a problem but mine are chrome (hubby is a car geek) and chrome sleeves over the stems. If one does not tighten the caps, they fall off and then, the sleeve follows. Even after I tell the no the staff, every visit, they still fail to tighten the caps....major peeve. 2) My car has a gizmo that detects tire pressure on each tire. When I have the tires rotated, these sensors must be reset. The last time we got our car back, the sensors had not been reset. This is a bit of a problem as my car does not have a spare. I rely on a bottle of fix-a-flat to limp me to a place where I can get a flat fixed or a low tire serviced. It would be a major bummer if I didn't know which tire needed air (short of a flat). I had tires rotated and forgot to mention they must reset the sensor. A day later I decided I really needed to have the sensors working for a road trip. I took it in, asked them to make sure the tires were synchronized to the sensor. When they did it, it was obvious they don't do it routinely as the bumbled through it. I knew they had it when I heard a honk of the horn, signaling the sync. The day I brought it in for the rotation, no horn sounded. Pretty piss poor. read more
