Peter picked out a set that I never even got to approve before they were installed. Once the truck was pulled around, I immediately saw the wheels didn't fit properly and looked terrible. They also charged me for an alignment sheet without telling me, but when I went to get the alignment done, I was told the wheels were too wide for it to even work. When I asked for a refund, I was flat-out told no. The truck originally came with 34-inch tires--these were 33s and not even close to proper fitment. I returned the wheels and tires and tried to do the right thing, but they refused to refund me. I disputed the charge with my bank while they still had the wheels in their possession (as of December 23), but somehow they still managed to take the money back out of my account. To this day, I've received nothing but excuses and lies. Here's the worst part: I recently found out the actual cost of the tires is $596 for the set, and the wheels are $354 each--totaling about $1,570. I paid $3,800 CASH. That's over double the value for wheels and tires that don't even fit. This business is dishonest, greedy, and completely unprofessional. Do NOT trust them with your money or your vehicle. Got some 24" chrome dubs off Facebook with a bent lip on both the inner and outer lip. Was…read moredebating on getting them repaired as chrome is pretty sensitive to the repair process. Today I decided to pull the trigger, called and they told me I was free to come in whenever and they'd take a look at them. They let me know that there was a chance the chrome could yellow or blemish in the repaired spot, and also pointed at some stress crinkles near the spoke meaning there was a chance the spoke could crack during the repair process. I trusted them and they let me know the price, $130 and that it should be done in 2-3 business days. 2 hours later I'm at the gym and get a call that the wheel is ready, I asked them if there were any problems and they nonchalantly answered saying no issues whatsoever but mannn I was excited. Pulled up, they checked the rest of the rims out, mounted them all for me and got me out quick asf. I plan on coming back to these guys to reseal my 3pc work wheels and powder coating a different set. These guys are great, know what they are doing, and charge a great price. If you're debating between calling a wheel a loss, scamming a poor kid on Facebook marketplace or even if you are a poor kid who got scammed on marketplace, GET YOUR RIMS REPAIRED HERE. THESE GUYS MAKE A BEND LOOK LIKE AN OIL CHANGE.
