This is my second time at this store and they have been great both times. I haven't been charged a dime either time because my tires are under warranty. The first time I had a nail in my tire and they replaced it for free. The second time I needed my tires rotated and the air pressure adjusted. I am absolutely locked on Discount Tire 100%. I will continue to purchase and have all my tire needs and services done at Discount Tire. Their service has always been great and always surpassed my expectations. I always replace my tires there and I truly recommend purchasing the certificate they have which is a tire warranty. It is so worth it. If your tire is ever damaged, they replace it with a brand new tire for free. There were a couple times where I had a nail in the tire and it damaged it and another time my tire was basically cut badly and Discount Tire replaced the tire both times with a new tire at no charge what so ever. They also do all the rotation and balancing for free with you tire purchase. Their service is great, fast and very professional. read more

I also loved the fact that one of my other tires (still in good condition) had a nail in it and they took care of it at no charge. I made an appt online and went in to get my rims replaced, but called prior to make sure they had the right rims in stock and the person I spoke to was very nice and ensured they were able to get the job done. I showed up five minutes to close and the team went out of their way staying over 40 minutes late to take care of a flat tire for me knowing that it would cause me a significant inconvenience if I was not able to have it addressed that night. I love this discount tire store. Everything I go there is am greeted immediately. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

When I called a couple days ago, they were the only tire chain that had the tire I wanted. I set an appointment and they got me right in today. So far, everything has been smooth with the exception of their free WiFi, which works great in smartphones but doesn't allow my laptop to connect (it connects but doesn't display the disclaimer splash page). I had hoped to get some work done while waiting, but this hiccup wasted the hour+ wait. The employees acted indifferent and offered no solutions claiming technical ignorance. read more

Kurt (the manager) is amazing. While in waiting for service, I noticed that he tries to meet every customer and uses their first name. Rather than getting frustrated (me coming in late) he apologized and stayed after closing time to get new tires on my vehicle. He also came in and kept me up to speed on where they were at and time frames. I will keep coming back as long as Kurt Peterson is the manager. read more

I came here for a free tire patch after I found a razor blade in the tire. It wasn't repairable, but they had a better deal on a good set of tires than Wal-Mart, and they price-matched the mounting and balancing too! The customer service was amazing. Highly recommend. Took tire in and found it had a cracked rim. I was told to bring it back on Mon and they would have a guy weld it and have it back to me on Tues. Never heard back so called on Thurs and was told I would be contacted that day but never was. Called on Fri and Sat and still nobody seemed to know what was going on. I went to pick up my tire to take it somewhere else only to find they had pulled the tire off the rim and accidentally SCRAPPED IT!!! I have an AWD BMW so I now have to replace ALL of my expensive tires that only had about 18k miles on them!! After going back and forth with the manager, he would only cover 2 of the tires so I am now out $600 as I was forced to buy the other 2 because of their mistake!! On top of that it's been over an hour and they haven't even pulled my car into the shop. Buyer Beware, dealing with these guys has been the worst experience I have ever had and I seriously regret bringing it to them in the first place. I won't be making that mistake again and will be contacting the BBB so buyer beware. read more

When I arrived at Discount Tires the glove box in the car was working, and when I left, when I opened it, it fell open and the contents fell out. I have no proof and it wasn't my car but it just seems too coincidental. I talked to the owner of the car and she said she wasn't aware of any problems with the glove box. I recently had to purchase 4 new tires. I shopped around and found discount to be the best price. I was helped quickly and professionally the entire experience only took 45 minutes. I was also notified about a online rebate that I was not aware of that saved me and additional 60.00 on top of the already great deal I was getting. I am SO irritated with this place. We purchased tires there and our tires have about 5k miles on them, so, yes, they are a tad worn. When we got our tires, they put our tire sensors on the wrong spot. We took our car down today to have the sensors fixed and one of our tires have a small leak. We were going to have them fix that as well. They told us NO, they would not fix our air leak or our sensors (that they put on wrong, mind you) because our tires are too worn and we need to buy new tires. Really, you are going to send us out there knowing that our tire has a leak and our sensors are not on the correct wheels. They are so frustrating. I WILL NEVER GO BACK, this is the 2nd time something like this has happened with them. We got tires a long while ago, and we wanted to rotate them, and they told us they would not rotate our tires because they were too worn and we had to buy new ones. I will go to burt brothers or firestone, before I ever go back to this place. read more

I am also surprised by the bad reviews. I wanted to buy a set of tires and noticed that they had a $100 rebate sale. Unfortunately I didn't have time to bring the car in until after the rebated sale would end. They allowed me to buy the tires during the rebate, and have them installed after it had ended. The service was good and the employees were friendly. They didn't have the tires I wanted in Stock but we're able to find an equivalent substitute. I was in and out in about 35 minutes which is fairly quick. Nothing to complain about. I dropped a star for not having the tires in Stock that I originally wanted. read more

I was traveling through Utah and had one tire that was not able to be repaired. Nobody carried the tire, Discount tire called around to others for me to see if they could get it from somewhere else. He said that we could overnight the tire, but since I was only passing through I didn't have the time. He ended up giving me a great deal on a different set of tires. The best part about the entire experience was the service. He didn't have to spend 45 minutes with me trying to find a solution, but he did. He was very genuine and helpful. Made an appointment after asking about getting winter tires for my vehicle. Confirmed my setup would work, but after dropping off the car got a call an hour later saying the setup wouldn't work and to get winter tires to fit would cost an additional $1000.00!!! Very disappointed in multiple sales people's lack of knowledge at this location. They don't even know if TPMS sensors are compatible or not??? Then they overcharged for services not performed. While they did "attempt" to make things right, it cost me $1300 out the door and I will never go back here. Ever. read more

Went in to potentially have two tires changed on my car and asked the man working there for a quote. He tells us that the car has the wrong tires on and that we need to replace all four. Finding out we potentially have the wrong tires we call the dealership we bought the tires from to see what they know about it, after a while of calling looking at receipts we find out they are the right tires on the car. Turns out the man was lying to us to attempt to get us to purchase all four new tires. He made claims of not knowing the right model, but we had told him the exact model and he even looked at the car himself. I looked into it and this is could technically considered attempted fraud and violates section 4 of the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act. I would highly advise against going here. read more

I have had 3 flat tires since I started buying my tires here a year and a half ago, and they wouldn't fix the latest one even though I bought their "certificate". I suppose the saying 'you get what you pay for' is true for tires as well. I will be buying my tires elsewhere from now on. read more

Poor service, other than the fact that i bought 4 new tires from them for a great price cause they were used once by an employee, therefor being used i got a better deal. Turns out they were the crappiest tire they could sell me. They were just trying to get a quick sale on them is what it seems like. I went there over 7 times in one month cause the tires had issues, my car kept pulling to the right side after several times of rotating them, which caused me several and several hours to wait. After the 4th time rotating tires (Just bought them 3 weeks ago from Discount Tire) they sent me to a different dealer that does alignment, went there the next day and they said the alignment is perfect and that the tires were the crappiest tires that Discount Tire couldve given me. I then AGAIN went back to discount tire very un-happy and asked for what my next option was, i ended up having to buy a WHOLE new set of tires (they discounted me the price of the original tires i had gotten) and ended up paying another 300$ for better tires. I had to wait another 2 hours for this process. I got the new tires on, and they are the same factory tires that come on the car originallly!! WHY couldnt they sell me the factory tires in the first place?? Waisted tons of my time at this store and i wont be going back. read more
