I walked in thinking this was just to select the tire but they were able to install that day too. Only took about an hour since I had to wait for them to finish some appointments first. I pulled up today needing a simple tire patch, only to be told I needed to buy four new tires because two had threads showing. I had just driven dangerously to their shop with a flat spare tire and my hazards on, and things only went downhill from there. When I tried to apply for their credit card, I was told they wouldn't accept the cards in my Apple Wallet or allow me to type the numbers in manually since I had left my physical debit card at home. To make matters worse, the manager came out and loudly discussed alternative financing options in the middle of a crowded lobby for everyone to hear. Doing that publicly is completely unprofessional and deeply humiliating. After sitting in my car to compose myself, I drove up to the air check station right in front of the lobby. Both the worker and the manager saw me waiting and completely ignored me. I finally had to walk back inside to ask for help; the employee tried to act apologetic, but he had literally just walked past my car and pretended I wasn't there. I came in to get new tires & a new set of wheels installed. They installed the new wheels & tires, which the wheels fit properly because they were on my car before. After the install the wheels were squeaking very loudly, they pulled the new tires and wheels off, claimed they did not cause the loud noise, but there was no noise/squeaking prior to their install, and left me with my new wheels and no tires to go on them.
