I came here specifically because they had a Groupon promotion for a full synthetic oil change. I don't like dealing with car errands, so I always choose a full synthetic oil change in order to make fewer oil changes, but that can be pricey. However, I ended up paying no more for the synthetic here than I would for a conventional elsewhere! I dropped off my car and immediately walked over to a nearby restaurant to enjoy a nice lunch (both Philadelphia's Sandwiches and Abby's BBQ are within walking distance. There are a few other restaurants that are good, so maybe I'll make this my oil change destination every time!) When I returned, I sat in the waiting area, which is nicely air conditioned. There is a unisex bathroom. I don't think I waited more than 15 min before my car was ready. My only complaint is that the person driving my car got some oil onto my seat, so I had to do some wiping when I got home. read more

This place was a roller coaster. I needed my oil changed, so, I go in for an appointment at 2pm. I checked in with a guy at the front, named Eddy. Then within a few minutes, a technician got into my car, backed up a few feet, then had to get another technician because the first guy didn't know how to drive stick. That gave me a chuckle. Just before the clock struck 3pm I was rung out, and I paid a VERY good price ($35) for 6 quarts. As I got into my car, I realized that I never heard my car run (to check for any leaks after changing) and thought that was weird. So I decided to let it run for a bit parked out front, thats when I also decided to pop the hood. This is when the roller coaster goes straight off the cliff because they did not change my oil filter. I was really shocked because my car had been back there for 60 minutes. Anyways - I go back inside and the manager Eddy is very surprised himself. He says that the technician is in the bathroom but he will come out shortly. He then walks out a few minutes later while zipping up his zipper. He mumbles 'can I have the keys?' And I said no, you can change that filter right here. Anyways - he apologized and said "I knew I was forgetting something!" He struggled with taking off the filter for a while - until another tech guy came out and did it. Eddy came out and said your next oil change will be free! Then I went in.... and said I won't be around - can you just refund me? So I got a free .99 oil change. I always feel a bit on edge in those mechanical male dominated spaces - so I was grateful that the staff was understanding and took responsibility for his mistake. It would have been easy for them to be like no ur crazy he did change it. Important reminder to take photos before work is done to ur car to look at! I knew I needed new tires pretty soon and when they weren't able to rotate them due to the tread, I considered doing it then. Yall Tire Choice price matches, however I still got a better deal on tires then what I was finding online. They were able to give me an oil change, new tires, new windshield wipers, and a new cabin filter for less than $700. My car is now set up for success thanks to him and his team. This place is amazing for the way they treat customers and potential customers. My son got a flat tire, it's Sunday by the way, and unfortunately they don't have his tire. Most places would just leave it at that or try to get him to leave the car, but they instead put his spare tire on for him so he could get home and when I called to pay for the service, manager said it was free of charge. Amazing place and I will go out of my way to take my car there if I ever have a car issue in the vicinity of this place. I have been coming here for years my father recommended me to them brought all my cars gone through and seen idk how many new faces in the front ... but now I'm not coming back. This place has gone substantially down hill since the previous manager Daniel left, he would go as far as to change my tires himself to keep me from waiting, or have one of the employees give me a ride home. The new manager Eddy is possibly the laziest person alive greeted me after 5 minutes of standing around in the lobby watching the manager stare at his phone waiting to be checked in for my oil change appointment once I was immediately without hesitation told it would be at least 4 hours but when I walked by the back it was empty and the technicians where just cleaning looking like they where waiting for work. Keep in mind this whole time I'm talking with the manager he's going back and fourth on his phone wasn't able to give him specifics as to what i wanted looked at for my inspection. once i was done being ignored by the manager it took a whole hour for my car to get pulled in I eventually just left and said I would be back later to pick the car up, he said no worries I will give you a call... fast forward 6 hours no phone call.. ended up showing up and my car still had the hood down and NOTHING had been done. Naturally I raised hell and my car was done in 30 minutes. They need to definitely rethink who they have working for them. I have a(n) 1300 appointment and got at the location early for paper works etc to be done. I have been waiting for 32 mins now and saw that my vehicle is still at the location where I park. I could not phantom the fact that this location won't respect customer satisfaction. If a company doesn't honor such then staff should be retrain with management skills and customer service. There was a nail in my tire, so I brought my truck to Tire Choice on Miramar to fix the tire before getting on the road. David was very friendly all along. As it turns out, once the wheel was off, he realized the nail had not pierced the tire, so no repair was needed. He was kind enough to tell me about it and would not accept any payment. I ordered tires online from giga-tires.com, and they do installs through tire choice auto service as an option. I selected to have it installed, and the tires would be shipped to the location. Well long story short, I received confirmation that the tires arrived early through FedEx and when I called the store to verify, I spoke to Gerry and he took the time to go check the tires were actually there and got me in the next day oppose to waiting for the original scheduled install date. Gerry also called me when my car was finished. I wasn't available to get it before closing. He parked it for me and helped me set up picking it up after hours. One of the few stores I can happily say will not take you for a ride (pun intended). Showed up with a sensor screaming my tire was super low. First and foremost you can't find a tire place open on a Sunday, so that's a huge plus in their favor. Second despite the fact they were understaffed that day, they got me in and out in less than half an hour. Turns out I had nothing wrong with it but they filled up the tires anyway and didn't charge me a penny. Their new owner is a fantastic guy and it speaks incredibly highly about him and his team that they could get me in and out so quickly and not try to charge or sell me anything I didn't need. I left my car for an oil change and a tire rotation. So far no complaints with the actual service. But the technicians completely bent up my engine splash shield to the point that now it scrapes the ground while driving. If I'm dropping off a car at a mechanic's shop, the very least I expect is for my car to not be returned with additional damage. I came in for the appointment and the price changed, once I was there ok I decided still to do it once I don't have that much time available. They charged me to exchange the TPSI from the old to the new wheels! I am sitting in the lobby as we speak waiting for an oil change. I have been waiting now over 2.5 hours. It will be 3 hours in about 20 min. Wish I was told that it would be taking this long. I might have come back longer. They told me if I have a brake issue, as I have been experiencing some shaking, would need to come back later because they are slammed and the mechanic doesn't know how to resurface rotors?! First, I called the customer service center as the calls are automatically routed to them and they have no idea what's going on with the actual stores. So when you book an appointment and you show up, there's actually a 4 to 5 hour wait because there's all these double bookings going on that they don't know about. So that was my first experience with them. So the second time, I called the store to directly book an appointment on a weekday versus a weekend to ensure I would only have a 1-hour wait and the manager assured me that time slot was reserved just for me. Come the day of, he calls me and says my manager double booked a bunch of appointments so it's still going to be a 4 to 5-hour wait. Needless to say, it's impossible to get your oil changed in an hour at this store. I wish he would have just told me that on the phone instead of telling me to My spot was reserved for my appointment time. Apparently there were five other cars/customers booked for the exact same time slot. Very very inefficient to have a call center outsourced in the Philippines quadruple booking all these appointment times. I will never be going back to this store. read more

We looked online to see how we could get this fixed last minute & since it was a Sunday, no dice. Out of luck everywhere, we then we came across this place. LIFESAVER! I showed up promptly at 9:00 am and Danny V. was so nice to greet me with a smile super early (& on a Sunday!), he welcomed me, explained what would be done & even chatted with me about his son. Super great guy! He instructed me to come back in 30-45 minutes so I walked to the near-by Denny's for breakfast. When I arrived afterwards, my car was finished, payment was made & I went on my way with no worries. I stopped in on a Sunday because they were one of few businesses open, had a nail in my tire, service guy told me he could not repair, that was ok. What was unscrupulous is that he told me all of my tires were worn and needed to be replaced, 2 were a few months old and one was about 6 months old, the tire with the nail was actually the only worn tire. My tire pressure light kept coming on and we couldn't get the screwcap off the front left tire to check it. I stopped here and they were able to remove the hubcap, unwedge the screwcap, and checked the pressure on all 4 tires. He filled the air, no charge. Very nice people. read more

MARK IS THE MAN! Mark is very knowledgeable in what he does as a mechanic and takes the time to explain everything about your car that you need to know. I came in because my front left and right rear tires constantly released air and I was tired of having to inject air at the gas stations. There were nails in them at places where I couldn't patch it up, so I knew I had to replace the. Mark was in the mechanic's area and greeted me very warmly. A lot of people who don't know anything about cars will get intimidated coming into a mechanic shop. But Mark was very understanding and checked my car for free and gave me a diagnosis. Turns out, my other two wheels have tread wear on them from not re-aligning them every 6 months. As a result, my wheel surfaces were not making contact with the ground evenly, which isn't good. So Mark explained to me the two options I had: 1) get the realignment and change two tires, but i'll most likely have to replace the other two tires in the future OR 2) change all four tires and a realignment plan. The plan was to get unlimited re-alignmetnts for 3 years for only $139. He was not pushy or selling me services like a car salesman at all. He was very concise with his explanations and gave me a free tire for having GoodYear tires already! The wait was a big longer than what I was told, but he apologized because they didn't want to rush any services on my car. I came out with more knowledge about my car maintenance and did not feel ripped off like some other places do. Great job Mark! Got a flat on my '09 subaru wrx. Came here on superbowl sunday. The only tire place open on sunday, super convenient. Had my tires changed within an hour or so! 2 brand new tires about 260$ including labor. A lil pricey but worth it, unfortunately they didn't include alignment so I'm knocking off a star for that, staff was quick & polite. Will probably be back some time. read more
