This is where the "Big Boys" go to get their tires! I came in on referral from Michelin tires to have my RV tires inspected. "Monte" inspected the tires on my 2016 Winnebago Minnie Winnie built on a Ford E-350 Superduty chassis. Tires even though they had only 25,000 miles were cracked and dried out at 6 years old. "Monte" set me up with a new full set of (6) Firestones specific for RV's at a very reasonable price. This shop handles "Big Boy" rigs all day long so my 24' RV was no sweat for them. Took about 2 hours, I was able to sit in my camping chair under the open air covered structure, read my paper and watch the rigs come and go, Again, "Monte" is the Man! Plan on going in early for your tire replacement before it gets too busy. Saw 2 Off Road Jeeps come in for tire needs that were set up for serious off roading. read more

I am sorry I can only give this company 5 stars. We have been with them for 20 years and they have never disappointed. Our mining company uses truck and loader tires and when we get a flat, it hurts our production and sometimes shuts us down. Parkhouse dispatches a technician as quickly as possible (almost immediately it seems) and gets us up and running. Our sales rep, John, takes such good care of us I don't even have to think about our tire situation. Motor home tires are hard to buy. Car tire places are just not set up for these big tires, so I hunted for a truck tire place. Parkhouse Tire, with 18-wheelers pulling in and out all day, handled the job the same day, gave me an excellent price, and they have all the right equipment to handle large size tires. We live in a 38ft RV and are currently visiting San Diego for a conference. Yesterday, we realized one of our dually tires was flat. This was a disaster. We live on very limited Social Security funds and a few calls suggested we were looking at 500-700$ for a fix. The other difficulty is that our house is very heavy and the tires are very big so ordinary tire shops are not equipped to deal. I talked to Jonathan at Parkhouse Tire who said they would come to us for $97.50/hour but we could save a lot of money by driving to them. As it was one of a pair, we decided to go slowly on surface streets and take our chances. As it turned out, our tire was fine, just leaking at the extension. They charged us nothing, said tip the workman. They were all very professional and friendly. I would certainly go back there anytime I needed a huge RV tire. read more

I work for a Fire support company. I had called looking to get one of our fleet vehicles upgraded on wheels and tires. I spoke with a Gentleman by the name of Johnathon letting him know what I was looking for and gave him all the specific information to get the job done. He was going to research and get back to me needless to say I waited 2 days never heard back. Called on the 3rd day he was out to lunch and another employee took my info to have him call me back never heard back. This morning I call speak to the store Manager Chuck Storm and explained my situation. He tells me what I'm looking to do they don't do. I asked him why Johnathon never mentioned that to me. He explained salesman sometimes just try to sell everything? I told him that wasting 3 days of my time was not the thing to do and he just said to me did I want something else or not and went ahead and hung up on me. I normally don't write reviews but I had to this time with the type of none service I received and being treated as if it were my fault. I have a 25 foot Tioga. Called Parkhouse 2 yrs ago with a Rr Rr Inner flat tire problem. Drove it to them...it had a bad value..they removed it, repaired the valve, reinstalled it and told me NO CHARGE. I gave the tech a very nice tip...and went on my way...Last year needed air..stopped by..again..checked all tires...NO CHARGE...just the tip...They are the nicest people. First time dealing with Parkhouse Tire and the experience was great. Got quotes on 2 steer tires and 4 drive tires for a box truck and Parkhouse had the best price compared to the other quotes I got.
