Just one car on work place.

Lady in front want super rude , she didn't even try to help , she claimed that they were super busy and had about 10 cars to work on when the mechanic was outside sitting on his phone.

Thank you for the excellent service!

Doug and Derek did an awesome job with my car. Very professional and responsive to all my questions. Thank you for the excellent service!

Before I took it to firestone, you can see clearly there were no lights on the dashboard from any errors

Took my car here, for a simple alignment and they damage something maybe a sensor and the Dashboard Lights came on which turned off my Lane assist, brake boost, and cruise control, the manager would not accept the mistake, and it was late at night so I decided to bring it back so they can try to fix it, the mechanic did not know how to fix it, I told him they would have to pay for this and they refused, so I sat on it for a while to figure out what to do and read about it to figure out what really happened, and it's apparent that something was unlearned that the mechanic did but couldn't relearn it and it is beyond me but it should have been paid for by them so I guess I'm going to have to sue them unless a district manager can get a hold of me and give me their email here so I can get this paid for as well as the alignment, when I brought it back in to have them look at it, they still couldn't fix it and the same mechanic left my wheel crooked and a different supervisor or assistant manager was there and told me that it was my tires but my tires did not do that before, they should have driven it to test it before giving it back to me. I left and never took it back, however I have had good luck at the Kearny Mesa firestone's always, there was one in National City on East Plaza Boulevard that broke my TPMS sensor and refused to pay for it because they said it was low battery, but I told them it doesn't matter because if the mechanic didn't break it which he admitted, then it would still be working now so he caved in and paid for it but nearly charged me for it, so I never took it back there again, if people had been taking responsibility for their actions at these places than I would take it back, below I'll upload before and after photos of my dashboard. Also I have a scanner and it never gave me any codes before I took it in so I know they're a lying about codes being on the car before bringing it in, I only changed the struts carefully, which was just a few bolts, and no error codes were going on, it was working fine, I had taken it to my prior mechanics and there were no codes there either. If there's a district manager or owner that can leave their email for me then I would love a refund and the payment will cost to fix the dashboard lights because I deserve it and no customers deserves this type of treatment, you guys make more than enough money to be able to pay back for a mistake. And no I'm not interested in communicating any more with managers at this location because I've already tried that.

You contacted us to replace a coolant reservoir. Our technician arrived with the replacement part as agreed. During the inspection, we discovered that several fittings and hoses connected to the reservoir were also damaged and would need to be replaced in order for the repair to be completed properly. We provided you with a revised quote of $271 for the additional parts and labor. Since we couldn't reach you for authorization, the technician had to leave for the next scheduled appointment. The additional parts also required two days to arrive, so no further work was performed. At no point were you quoted $1,200, and the technician absolutely did not pour coolant into the oil tank -- that claim is untrue. Thank you, Novo Repairs Mobile Mechanics Jessica Noble Local Guide·89 reviews·181 photos just now New I had a mechanic come to my house to diagnose why my car wouldn't start. I had the battery replaced about a year ago, so I thought it was something more. After the mechanic checked it out, they said it was likely the auxiliary battery, and they'd have to source one for me. Later they called and said my car doesn't have an auxiliary battery, so they just replaced the regular battery. Each time the mechanic left without letting me know. When I came out to check my car, I started it, and it was giving me several different errors - SOS functionality limited, low tire pressure and top not latched. The error signals are large, persistent, and hard to miss. It feels like they should have given me a heads up. Now I have an appointment with a different mechanic to fix that, since it sounds like it's the sensor system battery that may need changing. Almost $1000 to replace a car battery feels exhorbinate, when Im pretty sure they didnt fix the actual issue or notify me of a new one that cropped up.

I called them before agreeing to do business with them in order to ask if they did timing on diesel engines and was told yes. After negotiating a discounted diagnostic fee upfront, the dispatched mechanic reported back that it has engine codes(I knew already and needed timing only). Still no proposal after over a month of waiting and contacting them. I don't trust it would be done properly or at all at this point and wouldn't do business with them. Had them look at another van I had a battery issue w due to it being stolen and damaged. After multiple visits from the mechanic and multiple UP-CHARGES due to extra time they said, and still no solution or repair proposal from them. The guy tore all kind of wires and made more of a mess. DO NOT USE THEM. Only my experience sadly. Hoped for a different result. After finally getting ahold of them, he said a guy quit and refused refund of diagnostic fees even though I never got a diagnostic. BEWARE!!! Will be posting on BBB as well to make sure people are aware of the process. UPDATE: Got a message after posting my review that an estimate can be sent. Unfortunately, not interested at this point due to how this has gone. Wouldn't trust it gets fixed properly or if subsequent issues, I don't trust follow up would happen.

Do NOT deal with this guy. Save your life, your money, your time, and your energy…read more I went to him for a simple issue: a memory card that had slipped under the gear shifter. Any competent mechanic knows the battery must be disconnected before working around the shifter and airbags. He failed to do that. As a result of his negligence, both side airbags deployed and both seat belts were damaged. One of the airbags slammed into my back and caused a serious injury. I had to go to the emergency room, which cost me a lot of money and pain. Instead of taking responsibility, he completely lost it and kept saying it wasn't his fault. He then had the nerve to say he could install new airbags and seat belts, but I had to buy the parts and pay him labor -- after HE caused the damage. He kept bragging about having "30 years of experience" and being a "trainer," which is honestly laughable given what happened. At first, he agreed to cover the costs. Then he started stalling for over a month, telling me "tomorrow" every single day. At one point, he claimed a family member had died -- and I later saw in his reviews that he told another customer the exact same story. Eventually, he avoided me completely because he didn't want to touch the car again, likely afraid he'd damage it further. He sent one of his workers instead, who couldn't fix anything. I ended up hiring an attorney and taking legal action. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a mechanic. Completely irresponsible, dishonest, and dangerous. Avoid at all costs.

3 Stars - Solid Audi Knowledge, Constructive Feedback on Service & Quality Control…read more I want to be clear upfront: this review is not written out of hate. I've been going to Pure Motorsports for over 6 years, mainly for Audi work, and I'm sharing this as honest, constructive feedback based on long-term experience, hopefully as an eye-opener before things decline further or more customers walk away. Pure is knowledgeable with Audis, and in my experience they are generally better than the dealership. That's true for most competent independent shops, and Pure deserves credit for their technical understanding of the platform. They are, however, priced at a premium, only slightly less than dealer pricing. When you're paying that much, expectations around communication, quality control, and overall customer experience naturally increase. Where Pure struggles most is communication and customer service consistency. Sometimes updates are provided, sometimes they aren't. There have been multiple occasions where I only found out my car was ready for pickup and later realized I wish they had mentioned another issue while it was already there so it could have been addressed at the same time. Proactive communication matters when customers are spending this level of money. Reaching them by phone can also be difficult. Most of the time you'll need to leave a voicemail or send an email, and responses are about a 50/50 chance. I suspect this is largely due to being understaffed or stretched thin, which I understand as a business owner, but it still impacts the customer experience. At this point, a dedicated customer service or service advisor role would likely make a noticeable improvement. There have also been a few isolated quality-control issues over the years. After a PCV service, I later noticed that one of my headlight mounting brackets was cracked/broken. The headlight itself was still reasonably secure, so I chose to forgive it and continue doing business with them. Another incident was more serious. After picking up the car, the splash shield was not properly secured and came loose while driving home, forcing me to pull over on the freeway. This was obviously dangerous, but necessary to prevent the splash shield from being completely destroyed, especially since they are very expensive to replace. I temporarily secured it with zip ties and duct tape just enough to keep it in place, then slowly drove to the nearest exit to reach a much safer location. Once there, I jacked up the vehicle and properly reattached and tightened the splash shield myself. Situations like this point to a lack of final checks, likely due to understaffing or insufficient quality control. One recent policy change also stood out. Pure no longer installs customer-supplied parts. I understand the liability and business reasoning behind this, and they absolutely have the right to change policies. That said, it feels like an odd shift for a shop that presents itself as enthusiast- or performance-oriented. For example, I recently tried to have billet cooling system components installed to replace known weak OEM plastic parts that commonly fail around every 50k miles. These are well-known, reputable aftermarket parts designed to improve long-term reliability. Despite this, they refused and would only install OEM plastic components. I understand drawing the line for emissions- or turbo-related work, but declining high-quality billet replacements for known OEM failure points feels unnecessarily restrictive, especially when many enthusiasts are willing to pay a premium for efficiency and better parts. To give credit where it's due, Pure generally completes work competently and clearly understands Audis, which is why this isn't a low-star review. However, compared to years past, communication, quality control, flexibility, and overall value have declined, while pricing has increased. I used to drive a long distance to come here. At this point, I personally need a shop that offers strong communication and the ability to handle more than basic maintenance or fluid services, and for that reason I won't be returning. Again, this is not hate, just honest feedback from a long-term customer. I hope Pure takes this as constructive criticism, because with better communication, staffing, and quality control, they could easily be a stronger shop. 3 out of 5 stars, capable, but with clear areas that need attention.
