I've been coming to discount tire and also when it was called America's tire for over 20 years. The people have always been professional and their service has been great. The free tire rotations, checking your air filling it up claiming warranties is a piece of cake. I don't think I've ever driven a warranty. I've always gotten something back on my tires. This last time I went in, I was disappointed in the staff. The guy who helped me out, didn't seem very interested in helping me get the right tire. He just wanted the sale. He had the most expensive tires I think up on the screen for me and I had to say is that it and then we found some that probably were $200 to 250 less. The thing that really set me off, or was a downer, is he slipped in the certificates which is kind of like a extended warranty for the tires. He never told me about it just gave me a quote for the tires and have them ordered so I can come back to get them installed. I asked them for a printout of so I can see what the tires were when I came back, and that's when I saw he slipped in those certificates which was about $47 per tire. Seemed sleazy to me and a bad business practice. They didn't do a very good job of disclosing this, actually they did nothing to disclose that they were putting that on my bill. When I came in to get the tires put on another person helped me, I'll give her the doubt, but when she swung the screen around for me to pay, she didn't even talk about the certificates is what they call him. So I just think there's probably some good commission there for him and that's why they slip them in and not tell you. I might be wrong, that's just my Impression So if you go here, watch out for someone slipping in that extra warranty referred to as certificate. read more

Don't recommend this location. Had an appointment for a rotation (purchased tires from them last year). Two bays completely open with no cars in them. Young men standing there ready to begin but had to check in with the inside guy first. Took 10 min to "check in" because they were busy dinking around. Finally, greeted and then told it would take an hour and a half to get tired rotated. What? That is typically a 15 min job. Why have an appointment? Why are there empty bays and it still takes that long? More understandable IF they were behind schedule or I saw the place was full. Didn't have an extra hour+ to wait so I said no thank you. 1st off, I have to unfortunately say do not go to Billy there. I was having a bad experience there, but the man that fixed it was named Adrian. So I would definitely recommend him! Basically what happened was I had bought tires & rims there years ago. Well when it came time to get new tires I of course came back and they gave me a great price. But unfortunately after the tires were put on the center cap on the rim was not put back properly and fell off and one on the back rim was loose too. Was able to fix back one and came in to tell them what happened and order a new one for the front rim. I talked to Billy and I was assured everything was handled and asked if I needed anything else. But the strange thing was, he didn't write anything down, like type of rim or style and didn't put anything in the computer which worried me. So I called back the next day and of course nothing was in the computer and nothing was ordered and this is when I was introduced to Adrian who took care of everything to the last detail and was apologetic and kind! I now have the part # and it should be here in 3-5 days. read more

They ordered my tires and installed them quickly and very cost-effectively. I was so happy that I had them install snow tires on my truck, their price was better and the installation was really fast. Horrible experience will not be going back and don't recommend anyone else go there either bought new tires in November and had to have a replacement by February with the salesperson trying to blame me for my driving telling me I must have hit some really bad pot holes at high speeds and that I live out in the country so those roads are real bad. I've never been so insulted in my life this piece of shit tried to blame me for his crappy defective tires. I've driven a lot of cars and had lots of tires that I put through some heavy abuse and never had a tire with ruptured sidewalls and bulging bubbles in only three short months. So tires that are supposed to last 60,000 miles or 6 years before seeing this kind of damage barely lasted 3,000 miles or 3 months. Say sounds like cheap defective tires to me. Luckily my wife had bought the extended warranty and the replacement was free but then they tried to get me to buy the extended warranty on the new tire what a joke. Say you sell an inferior products try to overcharge me and buy extended warranty on cheap defective tires while blaming and telling me it's because I live where the roads are bad and it's just my driving. Then this A-hole tried to ask what's the problem you just don't want to pay the $25 for the warranty and make me feel like I was trying to scam him or I was just to cheap. What an incredibly arrogant ass this dude was. Say $25 bucks is nothing but I'm not coming back to pay it ever 3 months for your shitty tires. That can't handle normal driving conditions of small pot holes at only 30 to 40 miles a hour his words not mine. Anyhow we never even hit any pot holes but that was his excuse. This guy was a real piece of work with horrible customer service especially trying to make me feel guilty for expecting tires to hold up to what they're rated at and like a cheapskate trying to weasel something for free out of them. Our 2023 H-RV tire pressure indicator turned on when traveling from out of State. Thankfully, we were able to find a Discount Tire nearby. The front desk representative checked the tire pressure, added more air, taught us how to reset the warning indicator, and we were back on the highway within 7 minutes! We offered the representative some money to compensate for his time, but he kindly refused and simply asked to consider purchasing our next set of tires at our local Discount Tire. I have a 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner. All Terrain tires on the 4Runner can be difficult to balance properly for anyone including Toyota Service departments. DT has an awesome exchange policy. I had purchased a set of Falken Wildpeak AT4W, including the spare. At first, the tires were smooth on the highway. But after a week or so they started to exhibit balancing problems. Steering wheel shaking between 60-70. I had them balanced at a few locations, including DT, Firestone and Toyota. Nothing worked. DT allowed me to exchange the tires within 30 days for a set of BFG Trail Terrain's, still considered AT, 3PMS rating, 11 pounds lighter than the AT4W, look aggressive and more suited for the highway. They can withstand rocky trails, snow and wet conditions. I do offroad but need a daily driver too. DT saved me 1100.00, shed 55 pounds off my 4Runner, increased gas mileage from 16.5 to 19 mpg on the highway and resolved the balancing problem with the new tires that I like. read more

Very impressed. I was referred here by Costco, my "normal" first choice for tires. I wanted studded tires and Costco doesn't carry them, so they suggested Les Shwab or Discount Tire. The name threw me off but the Nokian tires I bought are far from bottom end. The service, start to finish, was impressive. They kept me informed while waiting for the tires to come in, and were quick and efficient at install. They held my non-studded tires that they pulled off for a couple of days, until my husband could get there with his truck to pick them up, with no issue at all. SUPER impressed with the speed and friendliness of service here. I went out to my car on lunch to see I had a flat, so I headed to Discount after I got off work to see if they could take a look. I just bought the new set a few months ago and was NOT in the greatest of moods. The staff was friendly and willing to get me in at 6 for an appointment (keep in mind, they close as 6, so this would have meant they stay late to help me). Well, to anyone that knows me, I'm not the most patient of people, (especially right when I get off of work and I have a glass of wine at home calling my name~lol), so I opted to just have them air up my tire and I'd deal with it tomorrow. This was not an optimal choice, since the PSI was so low (the tech found a screw in my tire and was concerned it wouldn't hold air), but I'm stubborn and just wanted to go home. Long of the short, I asked them if I could drop it off in the morning and have them fix it while I was at work, which was what they did. Not only did they have it finished within less than 45 minutes from them opening, but they also didn't charge me for the fix. I honestly wasn't expecting this, because not only was it not a manufacturing defect or installation problem (it was a stupid screw), but I also hadn't originally purchased the tires from this branch. Needless to say, I don't care if this isn't the closest Discount Tire to me...I will DEFINITELY be coming back to the Wilsonville location for all of my future tire needs...they were wonderful.
