Great great great customer service. The attendant that helped me was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I got an oil change, air filter changed out, wiper blades replaced on my 2005 Mercedes C320. The attendant also pointed out other items under the hood that seems concerning and I should get looked at at an auto shops. And for that I'm thankful because I wouldn't have have known to get those other items addressed. The attendant was named Aryana, and she rocks. When I said I wanted to leave but I needed to pay for my son getting a service getting done and she told me I could not pay for him and told me to leave the property. Today didnt start out great. My car was making a ticking noise when I started it. I knew I couldn't get it into the dealer until sometime this week. So I took it to the closest Vavoline and was attacked right out the gate. No how you doing? How's your day, or how can we help you? No instead I know my car was making noise and I wanted to get my oil changed to see if it would help. And I stated that when I drive up. Immediately the manager Paige comes at me with just so you know, we are not liable if anything happens to your car today. And she told the service guy to make sure you are documenting EVERYTHING. I wanted to drive off. She was so unprofessional rude, and abrasive about everything. Then proceeded to glare at me and try to intimidate me. Well here we are again. Took my car in again today to get an oil change. New manager oh great. Manager turned me away while he was working on a newer 2020-2023 Mercedes. I was told he doesn't work on high end cars because the claim is too much. I have a 2006 Porsche Cayenne the claim on a newer Mercedes is a lot higher then my older Porsche. I don't know if these managers are just getting lazier, are racially profiling, or don't care about their customers but when I've been getting a simple oil change done here multiple times in the past best believe you should honor that in the future... especially if you got a 80k+ car in bay 2. HORRIFIC! While the team is friendly & professional on site, a simple oil change went very, very bad with a lack of ownership by Valvoline on cause of failure. My son took our Audi A3 for an oil change on January 4, and within 2hrs of leaving - the oil pressure light was on, the car had leaked all of its oil, and subsequently burned up the engine. After the towing nightmare and verification from auto service company that something in the oil filter was not tightened, we submitted a claim. After many days, the claim was denied by the manager who also stated he did the oil change. Interesting indeed. A follow-up to the regional manager led to more lost time, but a reinstatement of the claim and investigation. In the end, Valvoline would not reimburse over KBB of the auto for a new (used) engine even though the cost was $5,000. This resulted in an out-of-pocket cost of $1,400 for an oil change, and now complete lack of trust. Worse than the expense was the run-around from the manager and efforts to avoid payment. The case was clear, and senior management did step up, but a very disappointing outcome. Had Valvoline reimbursed the full engine replacement cost, perhaps this review may not have happened as we understand mistakes happen. Customer service is the only way out of business mistakes, and it would seem the corporate insurance policy would cover. Perhaps the personal incentives locally run counter to this approach. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this location anymore despite prior positive experiences. Best of luck to others. read more

I'm constantly impressed with how quickly the Valvoline Team is able to change the oil in my car. When the shop isn't crowded, I'm able to get an oil change in 15 minutes or less, which is faster than it takes to get gas at the station some days. The crew is quick, clean, and professional. The only downside is the price, which seems a bit steep for just a quick oil change, and the shop usually tries to sell you extra products and services. However, this is usually a small price to pay for the glory of convenience, and I can thoroughly recommend Valvoline for a rapid oil change on the go. read more

I am known to avoid getting my oil changed because I hate dealing with all the guilt trip up sells they usually push on me espically due to the fact that I drive a very old p.o.s.! This is the first time in a long tome that I was treated just like someone pulling in in a brand new car! They were so helpful and kind and didn't push when I would say no to a service. It took maybe 16 mon total for the service and I am completely satisfied! I will continue to come to this Location on a regular basis. I wish I would've gotten the names of the two gentlemen that help me one of them just transferred to this location from Oregon city and the other was a young Russian man. seemed to take longer than the other location, I left and my skid plate came off after about 15 mins of driving, as well as my oil pressure light came on and didn't go off for 10 mins. They also forgot to reset my oil life meter on my dash, and later the next day I ended up with a flat tire which ended up being a screw, I find it hard to be a coincidence considering the other things but who knows. about two weeks ago I needed an oil change for my R/T truck that I drive very rarely. I had used this location in the past several years prior and was treated well so I returned. I arrived and there was an open bay and an employee at the computer system. I waited at the bay for close to 20 minutes without being greeted or contacted. I noticed the employee look up and appeared to be surprised I was there. he then very flippantly motioned me in. this employee appeared to be put out I was there. Once parked, this employee asked if I wanted an oil change in an irritated manner. I obviously told him I did. that was the real end of his conversation with me for the entire time. He did not tell me to shut off my motor, only asked if I wanted the same oil as what was used in the past. I finally turned off the engine and waited in the bay for another 15 minutes before anyone started to work on the truck. instead of customer service, all I heard from this employee were curse words and complaints about how he "was out of cloves." I heard the pit member call out for oil at least three times however this employee did nothing but stand at the bay door opening. He then processed my card, $85.00 and told me they were about done, he still hadn't added the oil. the pit employee again called for oil and it was only then did this guy add the oil. He then showed me the dipstick and then tried to sell me on other services not needed, very quickly I may add. After he handed me the paperwork he asked me to start the vehicle, which I did. again he never told me to shut it off. at the conclusion of this, none of the safety checks were done, no tire pressure, no fluid levels, no lighting, nothing! I take care of my R/T and maintain it and thankfully don't rely on others for the above, but to totally ignore the customer, bypass what is being paid for and constantly complain and curse about being out of cloves is unacceptable and unprofessional. Roughly $85.00 to be treated like this and have services skipped and not performed is a pretty poor business decision and model. I would suggest going to a different location where you know the services will be performed completely and as promised! read more

My car need a oil change, everything went well till the technician tried to add oil where the dip stick goes in and all I can hear is the lower Bay tech yell(stop adding oil it's coming from the side) at that point I stepped out to looked sure enough oil is everywhere on the side the back on the electrical it was bad she looks at me and said I cleaned it all up, LIKE REALLY!!! Paid 80 bucks had her note it on the receipt drove off it was smoking went back had them clean it, next day had them clean it up again did well at that moment as I drove off it start smoking again and now it just smokes and it's going threw the vents now the car just sits cause the smoke gives me a pulsating head ache... mind you it's a 2020 Nissan Altima sr.. corporate here I come!! read more

Ivette was given no explanation as to the reason for the request. She watched as a Caucasian man driving a nice Audi car could get his services done ahead of her. Maybe I had high expectations because I worked for this company about 18 years ago. I am very disappointed in the experience I had at this location. I had to ask them to check my washer fluid and transmission fluid. I was also looking to get a coolant exchange done but they never offered or asked about my vehicles service history....... this was the first time I had taken this vehicle to this location. CONSUMER BEWARE An excellent experience went terribly wrong when they gave me the windshield sticker. As always, I paid for and they used premium synthetic oil to last 7,000 miles and avoid using oil more often than necessary as I want to be as environmentally friendly as possible. As I attached the window sticker, I noticed the return mileage as only 3,000 miles more than current. I asked the very kind attendant what that was all about and he quickly stated that was my "top off" mileage. I called BS on this. It's Valvoline attempting to rip me off is what it is. After further inquiry, he stated it was being fixed by "the big wigs at Valvoline and they've been working on it for three years". What a BS story. This is a consumer rip off.... I have been coming to this location for many years to have the oil changed on our cars. I was in on 10/28/21 for routine service . When I pulled in, I wasn't greeted with a hello or how can I help you, it was, "you here for a oil change?" I told the guy yes I was. From the beginning until the end , I was disrespected and talked down to. When I asked the guy to please slow down his talking, he rolled his eyes and continued. This guy had a thick accent, it was hard to understand him and he was talking very fast. When I asked if it was just him and the guy who was under my car, that was working he responded "yep." When I asked who the manager was, he told me Israel and his demeanor changed to being a little more friendly. I am incredibly unhappy with the service I got when I went in on Tuesday night on 2/13/2018. I went in for an oil change and have always gone to this location even when they were Oil can henry's with no issues! And my parents have come here for years as well! They WAY overfilled my car (I don't even think they drained the oil first or at least not all of it) and driving home was causing my car issues it didn't have before. I got home and checked the dip stick and it was way over the max line. My dad and I drained about a gallon of oil out of my car and it was still a bit over max after that! I caught it in time before it could really damage my car luckily! But then I went in the next day, 2/14/2018 to have them do it correctly. BUT The manager there, Ken was SO rude! We came in explaining what had happened and he denied my request for a refund accusing my dad and I of lying! Also lied saying they showed me the dip stick after which they did not! I eventually went to their customer service and demanded a refund and they still tried to deny me 3 times until they finally said they would! Not only horrible service, but horrible management! and the customer service person I spoke to didn't think I was telling the truth!! Such BS and bad business! I will no longer ever use this company again and I would be extra cautious of this location! What business doesn't own up to a mistake and try and make the customer happy to keep their business?! I cannot believe the behavior here especially the employee that made the mistake was so childish! He would constantly stand and talk to the other employee there thinking I couldn't hear him as he huffed saying he knew he changed and drained the oil, blah blah the entire time I was there on the 14th!! They made what could have been a very expensive and dangerous mistake and if I didn't catch it and continued to drive my car like that it could have seriously damaged my car!
