Purchased a Horns Bee cigarette rolling machine on 3/31/26. We have been rolling cigarettes for…read moreyears, so very familiar with how they work. This one would not work properly. The tobacco was not packing right. You could turn the cigarette upside down and all of it would fall out. Cigs would not stay lit. I burned myself numerous times because the cherry kept falling off. Burned a blanket. Took the machine back to the store on 4/1/2026 and they would not give me my money back. The person said that he has sold a lot of these and no one else ever complained. Um, so? That's like saying 10 people took this medication and "only" 1 died. There is no return policy on the receipt-which I still have. Absolutely horrible experience. I have told all I know who smoke to never go there. This is unacceptable.
