Mechanic recommended fixes for the long road trip, we had them completed and picked up the car with seemingly no issues. We were slated to leave the next morning at 5am, so we woke up at 3am to get ready and take the dog out on a walk, where we discovered the splash guard hanging completely on the ground underneath the car (first image + video below). So we had to delay our trip out by 2 hours just to bring it back in. Told them my frustrations with having our travel delayed, and wasn't really met with any sort of apology / compensation. Finally get back out on the road, and when we arrive at our destination the next morning, we noticed a scraping noise when hitting some low bumps. Looked under the car and see that part of the guard underneath is held together with a zip tie! (Second image + video) Absolutely insane work. Completely disgusted with the shoddy work and the lack of attention + care.

It was literally the day I picked it up when the new struts were placed on it. Within that week I had to bring it back for an alignment. Your staff tried telling me "it's just the roads". The other shop you mention was bmw dealership who tried to fix the issue that was caused by this installation. They diagnosed car with new right strut being bent. You said you would replace it and I asked about replacing strut mount at same time. You did not replace the strut and then I brought it back later to have strut mount replaced. You did both at same time! I stated I would pay for the strut mount as it was also recommended by dealership asterisk causing issue since the strut mounts were not replaced in the beginning which is recommended when replacing struts but you decided not to for some reason. Your timeline of events is off Vlad. I immediately complained about the issues with installation and just about every week for months called to see when I could get car in to have it looked at. I offered multiple times to see if anything else needed replaced at my cost. At no time did you tell me that replacing all of the struts and shocks back to oem was at no cost to me. In fact you told me it would be an expense you didn't want to deal with and I responded didn't want to spend additional few thousand dollars to do that. I asked you several times to look at everything and see what the possible issue is, you would not do this, and your response to me is "you tell me what you want me to do"! I mean really? You are supposed to be the bmw expert and you're asking me what to do? I even said multiple times if you think it is the aftermarket control arms then please quote me to replace and let's see if that solves the problem. To this date I still have no quote from you. But here we are 6 months later and I have brought this car to you several times to allow you to fix this properly and you still can't. It's not my fault your work and installation has caused this issue. I gave you every chance to make this right and you decided not to.

He got it done exactly on the timeframe he estimated, even driving all the way to federal heights to get a part that was needed due to a supplier error. He was communicative, polite and concise about what needed to be done, even saving me a bit of money on a few parts that didn't need to be replaced despite his earlier assessments. 800 miles later the car drives like a dream with none of its previous issues. Fantastic service, I will absolutely be taking my car back here if I need work in the future!

Well in less the 10 mins they were done charged me $181.00 Gave me an estimate to change a MAF valve ( maximum air flow ) of $641:46 to change a two screws and a clip valve right on top of the engine. What really disgusted with this place was they said they looked at all 4 CV axles but never told me that both front tires were so worn down on the inner part of the tires that metal band was sticking out. Fact is they never looked at the CV axles otherwise they'd of seen how bad these tires were. Tried to talk to the shop owner about it and get a refund , got nothing but bullshit from him . Unbelievable . I took my 1988 silverado with the 700r4 transmission there because the company I…read moreused last October to rebuild the transmission said that my truck shifted just fine! It wouldnt shift from 1st to 2nd until about 20-22 mph. And then it wouldnt shift from 2nd to 3rd until about 35 mph. I told the place who rebuilt it that for the 30 years I owned the truck, and after a rebuilt transmission in 2000, it shifted from 1st to 2nd at about 15 mph, and 2nd to 3rd about 28mph. The said it shifted like it was supposed to. I took my truck to this place and James, who took it for a test drive, noticed that there was no downshift either! Anyway, after he adjust the detent cable and we drove it, I could tell immediately that it was back where it should have been!! I drove it and my truck was back!! If I ever need something done to my vehicles, I am taking it to these folks! They went above and beyond as far as I am concerned!!

I went to Ralph's foothills and they got me fixed up in a jiffy. While Active transmission swindled me out of $304. For a transmission flush I performed a month prior. These guys are clowns.
