He is devoted to assisting his customers with their car issues, and also checks other things on your vehicle to update you on any potential issues that may come up. I had my oil changed and a shop quoted me $600 to do the breaks which I thought was absurd. I called around to a few other shops and got more quotes but everyone was booked out til next week and we leave for Oregon Friday with our camper so I needed breaks done and fast. Mark coordinated with me last night and confirmed what pads I should get. I found them at my local auto zone and grabbed them. Next morning Mark was here and working on the car. He started before we even got home from an earlier appointment which was awesome. He did a great job and torqued everything back to spec with a torque wrench which is how it should be done. I know the auto shops usually torque til it won't torque any more with the air impact. He takes the extra 30 seconds to torque all the lugs to spec with the hand torque wrench and did a great job. What a pleasure to work with Mark the Mobile Mechanic. My son met him a few months ago when he was at an Auto Parts store. Mark offered to help my son with a problem he was having with his lights. My son came home with one of his cards and I'm glad he did. I had a braking problem with one of my cars. I also told him it could be a tie rod problem that my regular mechanic had warned me about. They quoted me $1300. When Mark arrived he had brought both brake rotors/pads and tie rods. He assessed the situation and 3 hours later he was done with both brakes and tie rods. Unfortunately, Mark quoted me without checking my address to realize I was far east of his normal perimeter. But since he'd already committed to it, he saw it through. He communicated when his previous job was running over and arrived as soon as he could. He is friendly and courteous and got to work right away. We ran into an issue with the parts i supplied and I had to run to O'Riellys to get a tool to resolve it, which added to his time and effort. Mark the Mobile Mechanic is great! My brake pads needed replaced asap. He was able to come to my home the next night after I contacted him. He came in the evening and worked into the dark. He didn't try and sell me on stuff that I didn't need. He just did my pads and let me know that everything else looked good. I needed a clutch replacement on a junk car I bought. I went to Yelp and found a big mechanic who almost roped me in for twice what the car was worth. Luckily Mark contacted me.
