The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the inventory on their website is not quite accurate (one of the bottles I wanted turned out to be out of stock), but the staff helped me find a replacement. Prices are reasonable, on average a little higher than Buy-Rite but if you're savvy you can find bottles that are even cheaper than Buy-Rite or are just rare and difficult to find at other local wine shops.

But even if they don't have any other deliveries, I think places sit around waiting for more orders or just wait to seem busy, then dispatch the person, hench the 30 min avg delivery.
