She tells me that they can come out but it will cost me $35. I'm from northern VA and it takes 1/2 hour to get 7 miles. Companies there go from VA to MD to DC to install. I'm very disappointed that this company has a policy that restricts their sales area to only Charlottesville and the fact that they are blaming me for their mistake in advertising in Nelson.
