I worked with several shower glass companies, and while all were good, Glass Innovations stood out because of the warranty on their installation (both their own work, and the company's warranty on the glass coating). Ron and Ron just left after a challenging install. (As a Ron myself, I appreciate running into other Rons.) They are great guys, and did a great job. Of course the glass could only be as good as the measurements, and they were meticulous in getting vertical and horizontal measurements, making sure everything was absolutely plumb and square. I kick myself when I think that I could have had John install the shower glass in our master bath remodel initially. But we wanted to save money and went with another local glass company. BIG MISTAKE! The shower leaked, and even though the company made several efforts to resolve the issue, it continued to leak...BAD! John met with us for a couple of hours to troubleshoot and make recommendations. He explained how he would have done the initial install differently, and that the materials he used were better quality. We implemented his suggestions, and after he re-installed the glass (cleaned and coated), we have been totally pleased. John Pleasants of Glass Innovations is the Best in the area. They installed a glass shower in our master bath. It is stunning! Neighbors and friends see it and rave about the "style." Several years later, they installed custom glass for two showers at our condo. Again, state of the art, beautiful and functional as well. With a very tight space, I wanted "my own" bathroom as well as a "guest" bath (both are half baths) with a shower stall in between. This meant two doors into the shower that needed to more opaque than not. I also wanted the doors to lock so that if a guest was showering, they would feel that they would not be walked in on. John was great to work with - he had great ideas, quickly understood what I wanted and made all the right recommendations. We renovated a very dated triangular shaped shower by opening the doorway with knee walls. John was recommended by our tile contractor to complete the job with a frameless door and side panels.
