The fence that was installed has nails sticking out throughout, and the metal posts are neither level nor plumb. The tapered edge of the concrete does not meet our needs and will now require us to build ramps just to get our trailer onto the slab. Despite raising these concerns, we were not offered a solution or even an apology. After nearly a month of delays and frustration, we ultimately decided to end the project. Unfortunately, this left our yard completely open, including access to our pool, creating a significant safety and liability concern. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. We are now faced with the additional expense of finding someone else to correct and redo the work that should have been completed properly the first time.
