Thank you AT&T Elizabethtown, for making me feel prioritized as a customer. *** i highly recommend making an appointment- to avoid wait time.(if you're in a hurry or lack patience) **** Brandi is wonderful.- so kind and upbeat she is truly knowledgeable and makes the experience so enjoyable and pleasant... which is not what most would expect from a wireless company!!! You can request her upon arrival but also when making appointments! You will not be disappointed! Plus, she is easy on the eyes, if you know what I mean She even went as far as to allow us to FaceTime her off the clock to help with our internet setup and went out of her way to contact us afterwards to make sure that we were pleased with our new business internet service (we are more than pleased) Our business is very new , we went in not knowing what to expect... but she made our transition to a business account top tier!!! She answered every question that we had (we questioned everything, lol) and put our anxieties to rest as we stepped in to our future endeavors! Our business is thriving and we owe great thanks to Brandi and her contributions ( and lots and lots of hard work, we were a lot to deal with ) Thank you Brandi and thank you Elizabethtown AT&T. If there were a way to give more than a five star review, I would!!!!     This place is an absolute joke. I went in yesterday to get my commercial account upgraded. They…read morewouldn't allow me to because my license had expired by six days but reassured me if I would go get them renewed, they could service my plan. Keep in mind I live an hour away from the store. I went today and had my license renewed. I came back to the store to which I was denied again saying I had to wait 30 days until the hardcopy of the real ID came in the mail. To assist store managers stood for 20 minutes, telling me they needed a passport from the United States government to service my cell phone plan. I have been with AT&T for 14+ years with my business. This is absolutely unacceptable. I only give a one star rating because there's nothing less and would give a -10 if it were available. Whoever the store manager is at this location, really needs to get a handle on things. There were a couple new employees in training that were super nice and accommodating but overall it is very hard to get help here. I thought it was ironic that the assistant manager said that the only thing they could do was allow me to pay a bill. Maybe they will get a real business plan together soon. I don't know how in the world they keep their clientele.
