I do not recommend setting up business service at this location. Rob sold me the $10/line bring your own device plan with $2.47 in taxes and fees for each device. My first month's billed was over double what was expected. Rob said that he would make it right, but the next month the bill doubled again. During the sales phase Rob was responsive to questions. Since the sale, he has not responded to my questions and I have been forced to cold call him at the store, but even that has been ineffective. Back to T-Mobile for me. read more

She was patient and incredibly helpful getting everything set up and also checking to see if there were any promotions that would make my bill cheaper. I changed my phone number 6 weeks ago. The representative neglected to have me change my voicemail passcode when I the phone number was being changed. 4 weeks later I started having issues with my voicemail. Come to find out the passcode to voicemail should've been addressed when the phone number was changed in order to avoid any proproblems with the voicemail. Employees need to be trained properly to avoid unnecessary issue like this. I hope verizon can use this constructive criticism positively to improve there services. #makeamericagreatagain read more

Let's be honest, unless you're buying a new phone, you're probably not in a great mood when you enter Verizon- today that was me. My SIM card stopped working midday, went to another Verizon store (Jeffersonville) who didn't have any SIM cards (seems odd), entered the Clarksville store on a short fuse, and then boom- My guy Terrence (Army Vet) came up and turned the whole experience around. Helped me quickly, didn't pressure me into buying anything else, just listened to my problem, fixed my problem and had great conversation in between. I can't speak for the rest of the store, as I didn't interact with them, but Terrence is the man. I told him I'd write him a yelp review so here you go man. Thank you for your service. read more

Just switch to Verizon service. First bill $100 greater than it should have been. Was told as long as I applied for the auto pay discount and nursing discounts they would go to my first bill. That is a lie and poor customer service. Was never able to reach anyone through the phone in over an hour. Then went into the store the staff there was very kind but said there was nothing they could do and it was their staffs fault for not being educated on the payment discounts. States it takes at least a month for the discounts to apply end it is written and very small print in the bottom of the contract. Felt like this was very sneaky and manipulative Verizon so beware you're going to get a high first bill. read more

I've always wanted a Verizon plan for the coverage, but I also always thought they were too expensive. I was pleasantly surprised with the plans and promotion they are currently running for unlimited plans. It gave me a lot more data and still ended up cheaper than at&t. I walked in about 6pm on a Tuesday and had almost no wait time. I was there til closing, but I had a lot to go over. The service was really wonderful and made the 2 hours seem not as long. read more

We have been paying over $ 400 a month for our phone service for years! With four devices in our family and a job loss, we fell on hard times and were shut off for a couple of month (I completely understand). We call and pay $1,095, and then after 2 hours on the phone we are told the service will not be turned back on unless we pay another $1,500. No one would tell us what the extra money was for. We went to the store and they were not able to tell us anything, said we needed to call. We were locked out of My Verizon app. After over 3 hours on the phone and speaking to at least 9 people, we finally figured out the $1500 was to pay off our 5 devices. We paid the the money, now a total of $2,600, so we can go with a different carrier. We were told that the phones would be free and clear to go somewhere else. We try to activate our phones with a new carrier and are told that Verizon has put our devices on a black list. I have spent another 4 hours on the phone with Verizon being passed from person to person and no one can give me a straight answer. You are ripping people off, lying to them, and causing more hardships. Now we just hope that we don't have to wait 60 days for our phones to be unlocked like some of the bad reviews I have read about on BBB. Shame on you Verizon! I am a teacher working from home and need my phone to communicate with my students and their families. I would like to be able to call my grandma and other family members. read more
