I paid a retainer and filing fee upfront and for over a year, nothing was done. No filings, no communication, and no progress on my case whatsoever. After multiple attempts to get answers, I finally demanded accountability and filed a complaint with the PA BAR. Eventually, they claimed to send me a refund for the court filing, but the check they issued was bogus and it bounced. To date, I am still out hundreds of dollars, and I've had to start over with a new attorney. In my experience, this was the most unprofessional and unethical legal representation in the Lehigh Valley. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

They installed CAT5e in 16 rooms across a 5700 sq foot house and made just ONE 6x6 cut into the sheetrock! Let that sink in for a moment. One 6x6 cut into the sheetrock after running hundreds of feet of cabling throughout 16 rooms across a five thousand seven hundred square foot house on three floors! And they did it for a fair and reasonable cost! I always say, it is easy to find people at the bottom of their profession and exceedingly rare to find those at the upper echelon. Andrew and Unique Video & Sound are clearly at the top of their field.
