They had to special order one so it took a few days. I called on Monday and we made an appointment for me to come in and drop the vehicle off at 9:00 AM on that Friday. I was told it would take about 3 hours. Well, I got a call at 10:30 that my vehicle would be ready at 10:45. I couldn't be happier with the results, and they were able to transfer my Pike Pass as well, so did not have to deal with the hassle of losing that. Very pleased and would recommend Binswanger to anyone needing vehicle glass repair or replacement. Hopefully I do not need to return soon but I certainly will not hesitate if I have another issue.

Which this whole deal that I had to deal with was because of my insurance and not the shop themselves. I dropped my vehicle off November 18th and got it back on December 13th. Again, not because of anything the shop was doing, all because of my insurance. The soonest moment I'm able to, I will be switching insurance companies. I had been backed into in September and so my trunk got all dented in. Both Office People were excellent! I didn't really speak to the mechanics or anything but they did a great job as well.
