It's Disney's main gift shop inside Animal Kingdom, and it has that perfect mix of air conditioning, themed décor, and "ooh, I might need that" souvenirs that make it impossible to walk past. It goes without saying that you need to bring money! The prices on Disney souvenirs has skyrocketed as of late. I'm still shocked about Mickey ears costing close to $40! The atmosphere fits right in with the park's adventurous vibe. The shop has rustic wood accents, tribal patterns, and a touch of explorer flair (I just love the decor in here). It's bright, open, and feels like an organic extension of Animal Kingdom rather than just another retail shop. As for what you'll find, the shop's got a little bit of everything. Plushes, pins, apparel, pens, toys, hats, packaged candy, stickers, sundries, and other goodies are in plentiful supply. You'll spot plenty of Animal Kingdom-themed gear, like shirts featuring the Tree of Life, fun Mickey ear safari hats, and wildlife-inspired accessories. I like this store because it's sort of like Animal Kingdom's Emporium (if you know, you know). I like to say if you can't find it here, you don't need it. Oh! And they offer a pretty generous 20% off discount for Annual Passholders. So be sure to flash your pass if you have one.

Discovery Trading Company used to be Disney Outfitters. Discovery Trading Company offers a wide range of gifts, memorabilia, apparel, snacks, toys, and so much more! If you're a annual passholder, discounts do apply at this store! The team members are so helpful at this location. I was looking at a few of their Disney Ornaments and Snow globes! This is one of the best locations to shop at, especially if you're leaving Animal Kingdom for the day, you can easily stop into this store on the way out of the theme park!

The WDW Store always has the hottest, latest selection of souvenir items. The hard part is deciding which ones you're going to purchase. From Mickey to Marvel, the store really does whisper to your bankroll "you know you want this"! I exercised extreme control and only purchased one ( out of an armload of souvenirs). You would have been proud. All in all, an awesome selection of merch, but a word of caution, it was just us grown folk in the store during our visit and it was a struggle...I pity those who have little ones upon entering..

And honestly? It was glorious chaos while it lasted. History check: MouseGear opened in 1999, replacing Centorium (which was EPCOT's original mega-store since 1982). Where Centorium had the vibe of "futuristic department store," MouseGear leaned into "what if we crammed every Disney product ever made under one roof and threw some gears on the walls to make it look steampunk?" Walking into MouseGear felt like you'd entered the Costco of Disney merch. Mickey ears, spirit jerseys, pins, kitchenware, toys, Dooney & Bourke bags -- if it had a Disney logo, it was here. The place was huge, loud, and perpetually packed, like a holiday rush that never ended. And yet, it was also... magical. Because who doesn't want to impulse-buy a Figment mug at 9:00 a.m. after riding Spaceship Earth? I muttered something like, "It's consumerism run wild. But damn, they know how to sell it." They even have items that you can't get another theme parks or Disney Springs. This store sells items that are designed to look like items in the park. They have toys that look like race cars that are styled to the right vehicle that you get in on test track and they even sell freeze-dried ice cream because that's what astronauts eat, and that's the type of item you should be eating while you're waiting in line for mission space. Mission space is an amazing ride as well! The cast members here are insanely nice and over-the-top helpful and will go out of their way to get any item that you may be looking for. If they don't have it here and they will even order it to send to your hotel room if you are staying on Disney property.

She has never seen the movie, but something about this doll left an impression because it is the only thing she picked wanted whilst we were her at Disney World. And Belle has been on several rides with us now! The staff were very friendly and personable. Oddly, one of the women who helped us is a doppelgänger for my best friends sister. The whole area has this French village ambiance, which fits perfect for Fantasyland! Bonjour! Village gifts sells Beauty and the Beast items and collectables themed after the film! There are some of Belle's town details throughout like bookshop and village detail! The merchandise is focused on Beauty and the Beast, with Belle themed souvenirs, artwork, collectibles, apparel, and mugs! I also noticed it felt a little calmer and less crowded than some of the larger Magic Kingdom stores, which made it easier to actually browse and appreciate the details! One thing to know is that the shop can sometimes open later in the day compared to the rest of Fantasyland, so it's worth checking the hours if you specifically want to stop there. The store also closes earlier too. I thought Bonjour! Village Gifts was one of the more charming shops in Magic Kingdom. It's not huge, but the theming and Beauty and the Beast atmosphere make it feel special! Definitely worth stepping into if you're a fan of the movie!
