Disneyland City Hall...a prominent building that welcomes you to Main Street. Located just steps away from the Disneyland Fire House. City Hall is where you can go if you have any questions or want to pick up a wearable button to celebrate a special occasion I.e...birthday, anniversary or even first time visits. It's also located right next to the Tour Garden where special VIP tours begin and are sure to pique the interest of any Disney fans. You'll learn many behind the scene secrets and history of the Happiest Place on Earth.

    Refurbishment March 2024

As of March 2024, City Hall is under refurbishment but still functional! This location is the busiest in the park, and depending on what you need, I suggest going to the green umbrella cast members in plaid as they can assist with Genie+, DAS, and other miscellaneous things. Though it can be a wait, it is still a beauty to see with lots of history!

It is located off to the left as you enter just at the southern end of Main St. If you have a question or need help with anything, you can start by coming here. You can sign up for tours here. This is where you go for lost & found items, including children. Although you can pick up a celebration button (birthday, 1st visit, anniversary, etc) in most stores, I prefer stopping in here for one. If all of the cast members inside are helping guests, a queue will begin on the left side of the building.

Lost your mom? NO worries! The Mouse has the solutions especially if you are disabled. Yes! The rumors are true Mickey Mouse does care after all. Please ask for a pass for those that are disabled. If this is your first time ever please ask for a pin! Stellar service and the line has a fast turn-around of less then 30 min. Restrooms are traditional but located right to the side just in case you are waiting in line. You got wheels with babies? No problem they will come down to your level. Crew is really down to earth and inviting. Felt right at home!

    Disneyland Sweetheart Night!

It's Disneyland! What's not too love! We were there for Sweetheart Night and it was amazing! Some rides were closed, but most of the main ones where open. We were able to get on 4 rides in 1 hour! That has NEVER happened! Everything was Valentines Sweetheart themed and very romantic. Don't take my next comment the wrong way, as I have kids...but it was really nice without millions of tiny tots lol. Most of the restaurants are open, but most of the snack carts aren't...and those that are open are churros or pretzels...and the lines for them will be longer than the lines for the rides lol. The 2 churros I did get were luke warm at best...but I didn't let that get me down! Being able to walk straight on to all the rides was definitely a trade off. Oh, and there were photo ops with Disney characters, but I wasn't there for that as the lines for them were also longer than the rides lol...DEFINITELY WILL BE LOOKING FOR MORE SPECIAL EVENTS

"Happy Birthday, Princess!" I was greeted throughout the day because I was wearing a FREE, personalized Birthday button from City Hall! It was really funny because the Birthday Boy (Tim) didn't want to wear his button, so I wore it for him! Ha ha! After a few greetings, I would point at Tim and say, "It's his birthday!" So - Cast Members aren't look at the name, "Tim". They are just looking at the button and responding! That's really nice of them to take the time at the restaurants and attractions to recognize and greet guests! Besides the Birthday button (just tell them the name that you want printed on the button), you can get "Honorary Citizen" and "Happy Anniversary" ! I have all of my buttons pinned to my cap - even one that says, "Happily Ever After"! Also, located near the entrance on the left, near the Fire Station - this office is Customer Service or Guest Relations and Lost & Found... Example: A few years ago, my visor had flown off my head during the Thunder Mountain Ride (yes - this ride is fast and the wind whips around strongly). I filed a claim at City Hall, describing my visor. Eventually, Disneyland mailed me a Mickey Mouse visor that sure looked like the one that I had lost! How cool is that?! I wear that visor proudly during all of my sunny vacation days on the mainland!

My son getting his personalized birthday button at City Hall!

City Hall. Located in the heart of Main Street on the left side of the entrance. Why the long line? Well, it's your Guest Relations headquarters for Disneyland! The cast members are here to answer any question or request you might have!! Need to find your way somewhere? Lost an item? Want to book a dinner reservation? Is it your birthday? Are you a First Timer? We typically start here because we like to plan trips to Disney around a family members birthday. Ever since my son turned one, we have celebrated at least 15 of his 19 years of birthdays at the Happiest Place on Earth! A cast member will take a large button and write the celebrants name, nice and large, so every cast member can see. It's complimentary and a great souvenir! Throughout the day, cast members will greet him "Happy Birthday!" Too cool and just a lot of fun!

I guess you can also call this guest services located on main street well before it by the Fire Station. Here you can ask questions about the park, get your pins, get sworn in to be an Honorary citizen of Disneyland, get maps and other things. Cast members are friendly and helpful. Always remember to get your Birthday pins from here.

This review is to help make others aware that if you have a trip booked with Trafalgar your trip…read moreand money may be at risk. Here is what has happened with my trip. I booked a "Real Britain" tour with Trafalgar, a nine-day trip through England and Scotland. The trip was booked in August of 2021, and I have paid in full. Two days ago (59 days before our trip), I received an email from Jackie Di Lecce telling me my trip was withdrawn (Trafalgar speak for cancelation). There was no indication that the email was from Trafalgar. I might have just skipped over the email, but it had my booking number. I looked at the Trafalgar web site to check my status. Everything looked OK. Still showed number of days till the trip. No message or any indication that anything was amiss. I decided to call Trafalgar and find out what was happening. After a long time on hold a person named Francisco Mora finally came on the line. I explained about the letter and the web site. He told me that the letter probably came from their Withdrawal Team. He also confirmed that our trip had been withdrawn. He explained that I had the option of booking the same trip on a different date or I could get a refund. He also informed me that the refund would take 90 days. I explained to him I needed the money to book a tour with another company. He put me on hold and when he came back, he told me they were going to be able to expedite the refund. Now it was only going to be 30 days. I told him I needed to research tours offered by other companies before I made my decision. I asked if there was a phone number that I could call without the long wait. He said he would send me an email with details and his phone number. I received his email. No number and it only said "This is my email, feel free to ask me any questions you may have. Thank you." I sent him a reply asking to have validation on Trafalgar letter head verifying that the refund was in process. I also asked why the website still showed the trip as active and again about a contact number. In his response, he did not answer about the web site and told me there was no such number. So here I am less than two months from our trip, and it's canceled. I have purchased airfare and a river cruise through Europe based on the Trafalgar tour start date. I have found a few other tours that might work but the dates are not the same and will require additional nights of lodging or air fare changes. Bottom line: I will never book with Trafalgar again and I am making it my personal mission to alert everyone of the risks when booking with Trafalgar.
