Dr. Zaidi is the BEST DENTIST I've ever had! I drive an hour to see him specifically lol, I don't want to find a new dentist. He listens to my concerns and tells me what he thinks. He also tells me how he'd like to go about helping me, which is amazing, I've never had a dentist explain things to me before but he will! Been coming here for a while now and every time I go it's a great experience and the ladies at the front desk are always very helpful and welcoming. They always show you a treatment plan before you go through with the next appointment, which is great to know how much it will cost before getting it done. Dr. Zaidi and Alex are absolutely amazing! I had a root canal and a filling done during the same visit, and I didn't feel a thing--not even the shots. Alex immediately made me feel at ease with her calming presence, which really helped ease my anxiety. I struggle with severe dental anxiety due to past negative experiences, and I also have trigeminal neuralgia, so I was extremely nervous going in. Everyone from the office manager, dental assistants, hygienist, receptionist..literally everyone in this office is so welcoming, personable, and caring. They listen to my wants, my needs, and add in the Drs. recommendations to come up with a treatment plan that fits both my budget and schedule. I went in with terrible teeth, gum disease, and loads of pain and after the first visit I noticed a huge difference and now I'm pain free and on my way to maintaining a healthy smile. I can not express how well the care you receive at Distinctive Dental in Oswego Il. The moment you walk in you are pleasantly and professional greeted by the receptionist. Dr. Bhojani is a very special doctor. When your with him, you feel that your the only patient he is caring for. He will take as much time as you need to ask any question that you may have. He want you to feel completely comfortable and well assured he will perform the utmost comprehensive dental procedure that you will ever have, and with that care you will feel no pain at all. He will let you know throughout the procedure what to expect. With this Doctor, the word pain does not exist. He is extremely skilled at what he does. I was also extremely impressed with his dental assistant that was working with him today. Alavia was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional at her job. When asked how long she was preforming this job, her reply was two years. I would have guessed she was doing this task for many years, based on what I encountered. The staff is highly welcoming and are experts in all they do. Nancy, the dental hygienist, does a great job in communicating the best ways to improve my oral health without ever making me feel guilty like other dentists I've had in the past. She's helped correct issues in my gums that went undetected at my former dentist's office and has probably saved me from periordontal catastrophe in doing so. Our family loves that it's easy to schedule appointments and that the workers at the desk are always so kind! Ok... I admit it... I don't look forward to visiting the dentist. Well, I have visited with the staff and ENJOYED every minute. I have had two appointments so far and another couple visits to come. I am having major work done. I did have a local anesthetic, I anticipated pain or discomfort... I had none. The Dr and staff are great. The equipment is modern and the communication is great. I highly recommend this dental office. Their staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, especially Krystal who made me feel so comfortable and provided me with all the information I would need to know. I went in for my first appointment a few weeks ago for wisdom teeth pain and Dr. B extracted two of my wisdom teeth that day with ease. I've had minimal pain with zero issues and the sites have healed great. Joy the receptionist along with Krystal has made follow up calls to ensure the healing process was going well. This was a total different experience! The atmosphere is comfortable and enjoyable. The staff treats you like a family friend, and therefore you receive the upmost care. The dental hygienist (I wish I could remember her name) was so informative. The whole process was educational. I knew before I saw Dr. Bhojani want he was going to look at because she was so informative. They put the patient first, and explained the phase or stages. As someone who had an unfortunate past experience with a dentist, I was super reluctant to find a new one. Everyone at the Oswego location instantly made me feel welcomed and less nervous. I needed some major work done and ended up having multiple implants. The process was amazingly smooth. To put it simply this is the best dentist I have ever seen. I had a difficult procedure- a tooth extraction. I had seen another dentist about this tooth months ago-he could not extract it and had me in agony for an hour. In going to distinctive dental care, I had the same tooth extracted in about 5 minutes with no pain or real discomfort. Also, the dentist spent considerable time to discuss options for the tooth but in the end due to MY neglect the tooth had to go. I was given professional consultation on a professional level with options to my care. Special consideration was give to me on payment since I have no insurance and I was still treated as a valued patient even on my first visit for a cleaning. A treatment plan was given to me to protect my teeth as much as possible while I fund my dental care for the next several months-the extraction was a beginning on my dental care and I felt these people are really out to help me in any way possible. The entire team is compassionate, understanding and helpful. I recommend this dentist on the highest level. If you are unsure, use the coupon they have as a mailer. Cleaning X-rays and consultation with no hidden fees is a great deal and the level of care you will be given for even just a cleaning will impress you to your core. I think if you try this guy, you wont go anywhere else. He is simply that good. Also to note: Customer service is fantastic (Mitze is very warm and welcoming) Prices are reasonable and fair comparable to the area. Love the Dr. & the staff, they care about the patients. I started with this office with a 6 month cleaning and check-up, since than I have had 1 filling and crown work done (which was long over due. ) I did the laser whitening as a Christmas gift to myself. (I think it should of gone a shade lighter- I will follow up on this) BUT still looks good! Very recently a soft tissue treatment done for gum recession on a tooth. It's been only two days, the procedure was explained and done with little or NO pain. Recovery is going well, can't wait to see the results after all is healed. I was very happy to get this long over due dental work done, in a place I feel comfortably going to. Joy and Mitze are wonderful to work with on insurance and payments. They are very helpful and get the correct information from the insurance company. I would recommend Dr. Bhojani for all your dental needs. First time I went was in March 2017, Had a broken tooth. I cannot say enough about them, they are the nicest, sweetest, people you will ever meet. The Dr. there is fantastic!!! there was no pain, while he was pulling the tooth. They explained all alternatives to removing the tooth, but I went with extraction. The Dr was so gentle and caring I was not in any pain. I have never been taken this good of care at a dentist office. All the reviews are spot on about this place. I will definitely be going back here for more work. I love Distinctive Dental Care, wish they had bumper stickers that said that. Best dentists in area.!!!!! read more
