I was nearly shaking during my first appointment at Glazer because I was so anxious, but they understood and listened to me carry on about my experiences. Every member of the staff is incredibly efficient, gentle, thorough and kind. I did need some work, but not much. Dr Glazer showed me on the x-rays and explained what was needed, provided me with a treatment plan, and I've been able to go at my own pace without feeling pressure to get it all done at once. My kids were afraid of the dentist and I think it's because of the zoo environment at their "pediatric" dentist. It was just a huge room with kids panicking every few feet.
