Another dentist diagnosed me with periodontal disease and bullied me into making an appointment for scaling and root planing (over $500 after insurance!) I went to Dr. Sudhi for a second opinion. I'm skeptical of most dentists and have tried many, but this was the best experience all-around I've ever had. 1.) The tech doing my bite wings properly inserted the mouthpieces... no discomfort at all (this is usually a major problem). 2.) Dr. Sudhi used more advanced imaging techniques than any other dentist, including actual pictures of my mouth that he put on-screen for me to see. 3.) Dr. Sudhi measured my gumline more thoroughly and gently than any other dentist, 3 points per tooth 4.) Dr. Sudhi did the cleaning and polishing HIMSELF and he was extremely thorough and gentle -- I didn't experience any irritation. He even went back after polishing for additional touchups 5.) Honest and NO upsell like other dentists. Dr. Sudhi recommended I benefit from some orthodontic work due to a cross-bite and at my skepticism explained it's benefit and what may happen down the line. It was strictly informational and in no way did I feel pressured. 6.) He's extremely personal, he's confident in his work and is genuinely interested in providing the best dental care as technology moves forward. We also had engaging conversation. 7.) I had one cavity, which was evident with the picture shown to me and he explained the procedure he would use to fill it. Upon paying, the receptionist did not pressure me on the follow-up appointment (but I made one promptly anyway). Definitely 5 out of 5. I'm really happy that I made the right choice to get an appointment with Dr sudhi. He is a really friendly and professional guy. We had good conversation about our life and at the same time he explained to me step by step what needs to be done with my teeth. He takes good pictures, x-Ray's and I had to do tooth extraction as there was nothing else left in the tooth. I didn't even feel it when the tooth was taken out and even after the affect of anaesthesia didn't feel much pain. Very friendly staff member you will find at this place. This office is extremely professional, clean, modern, and thorough. During the exam part, Dr. Komson even pulled up a scan of the new patient forms I had just filled out and went through them asking questions to make sure he understood my medical history. When was the last time you got the idea anyone read those forms? Not huge on it's own, but an indicator of the caring and thoroughness. Certainly not the only indicator. Besides the regular type dental x-rays, they took me to another area to a panorama x-ray machine. Dr. Komson examined each tooth while looking at these x-rays. He made notes and took high quality pictures of each tooth. These pictures were brightly lighted and high res and gave a much better view than a regular visual exam plus they give a reference point for later exams. I made note of the highly technical equipment, but also the extremely conscientious professionals using it. Dr. Komson gave me a very accurate and comprehensive report of my overall dental situation and made recommendations. In my case it was all good. I had good dental care before coming here. I think this is an indicator that unnecessary recommendations aren't given to pad the bill. That's refreshing. There are two other areas besides the dentist that make this office a triple threat. Reception is as good as I've had anywhere - friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, thorough. Then there is Phong, the Registered Dental Hygienist. He is a professional like he is in a contest to be the very best he can be. He teaches dental hygiene at the local college. Then he practices what he teaches. He is so smooth and thorough. Note I've used this word "thorough" to describe everyone I came in contact with. That comes from the top and takes a lot of effort. Phong was also continuously attentive to insure my comfort. He often asked if I would like to take a break. This says my positive experience is more important than the clock. That's rare these days. He placed the x-ray plates making sure they were comfortable and not choking me. I think I got the best cleaning I've had in a long time, maybe ever. Then he walked me out to Reception and prepared that little bag for me to take home - toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, etc. All these items were not cheap give aways but first quality name brands plus some pleasant surprises. While Dr sudhi was very friendly and he cleans teeth himself (instead of having a hygenist do it), he told me I had 8 cavities that needed to be fixed. I went to a different dentist for a second opinion, and was told I don't have any teeth needed fixing. He also told me a few other things about my teeth that weren't true. Having known Dr. Sudhi well prior to his becoming a dentist, I already knew of his commitment to be a top level person and professional. He is very conscientious and always provides the best care and advice based on his patients needs. I know that because he has cared for my family including my two sons as they have had special circumstances requiring his willingness to graciously meet us after hours and on weekends in emergency situations. So far my experience hasn't a good one. I'm looking for a new dentist and noticed that Synergy has good reviews. I made an appointment, but something came up and I had to cancel. I received an email from Victoria about two weeks later reminding me of my daughter's appointment that I already cancelled. They also managed to get my daughter's name wrong. I left a message stating that this appointment was cancelled about a couple of weeks ago or so I was led to believe. I didn't need a call back but said if anyone needs to call, they need to call my cell number. You guessed it! When Claudia returned my call, she didn't call my cell number. Luckily, I happened to be home at the time. These people don't seem to be capable of listening. I'll move on to a different dentist. read more

Great experience! Usually, I don't like going to the dentist but my wife spoke really good things about Dr. Sudhi so I decided to go. First and foremost, their staff is very nice and friendly. Veronica (who's in the front office) always has a smile on her face and Claudia (back office) is kind as well. You can tell that his employee's are happy to work for him. I was able to request information through their website, and within the next day I received an email asking about my availabilities to come in. It was extremely easy to set up an appointment.
