Ended up with a full head of curls that was nothing like the picture. Now looking back, it was definitely intentional. Kim (I believe) told the women that was working on my hair to use tight curlers, the women asked "are you sure" and asked Kim if she saw the picture, Kim said she did and to just do it anyway, but that she wanted to cut it. She was very insistent on wanting to cut it since I believe she wanted to experiment on cutting this style of hair. This completely ruined the hair that I was growing out for 6 months. It was nothing like I wanted, and I had to drive to a different barber and cut it off right away. Didn't feel a need to say anything at that moment because the perm was already done and it couldn't be reversed.

I asked for a simple men's haircut (short in the sides and trim the top - a fool could make that look good). The guy destroys the top and doesn't make it even. My hair is longer towards the back than it is in the front. If you must go here, call ahead and ask for Dung (pronounced Zoom). He is the only person that knows how to cut anything. Her response was to call over the braider and tell the braider that she could keep the difference as her tip. Made no effort to see if anyone else in the salon had change. The cashier asked us to show her the sale price which we did. She called the supervisor who acknowledged it and called the manager. Instead of honoring the price for us, the customer, The AFRICAN manager attempted to say that the sign was placed their erroneously...so we asked to show us the product that matched the advertisement- to which he claimed was discontinued. So we asked was he going to honor the price for us since we brought it to his attention ... this fool stated that WE or another customer must have put it there... THE SALE SIGN THAT WAS IDENTICAL TO EVERY OTHER SALE SIGN in the store. Needless to say, we left and will never patronize this establishment again. When something like this happens, you satisfy the customer who brought it to your attention and then make adjustments. You don't BLAME the customers for your obvious oversight!
