During my visit I witnessed her care for natural textured African American and Asian hair and permed African American hair. Her hair cutting technique is detailed and precisioned. Online booking is easy. You can pay before your appointment and she offers a membership package for common maintenance services. As far as logistics, there is a Park by App lot across the street from the building. There are steps and an elevator to access the salon suites on the second floor. The steps have a gate with a keypad and it is unlocked during the day. The entrance to the elevators is on the side of the building near the entrance of the driveway.

The stylist Ms Fox Said she can do it but she didn't even get close to the picture. She cut more then she was supposed to and left her hair with no curl definition like she asked and explained in the beginning. It looked like she got nothing done and spent over $200. My mother in law left crying upset how Ms Fox left her hair. She then called the salon today to speak with the owner Paula Britt to explain what happened but paula did not apologized for anything that happened. She actually asked for proof of a before and after Picture and then said " theirs always two versions" she didn't make her feel as a customer heard! and was unapologetic about the situation. All she did was defend her stylist and not care how my mother in law felt about how Ms Fox left her hair. She didn't want a refund! all she wanted was to be heard. However, during my last visit, I received color/ highlights that left my hair frail, brittle & damaged. Not only was I disappointed in the damage that resulted from being over processed but I was charged much more than I was accustomed to paying and the amount I was quoted. I was prepared to pay $205, however I was charged $382! Talk about being shocked. And she stated she had given me a 25% discount. I was in such shock I wish I'd disputed the charges.
