I do not trust these people to work on my car. It was said that I needed a timing chain. I took it to two other mechanics they all agreed not only was it NOT the timing chain but that the timing chain is in excellent condition. It was simply a vacuum component. When I returned to this shop, Full Circle, Michael restated that it was the timing belt and he knew this because he heard it before replacing my valve. I asked him did he hear it after replacing the valve he said he didn't listen for it. No way! You don't look over your work after completing it. He said my car was going to break down if I didn't fix it. He also recommended I replace my breaks and tires which are barely eighteen months old. Early last summer our car seemed to be having AC problems, i. e. it would not cool our Honda Fit as it had during its previous 10 years. Believing that local businesses should have first shot at earning local dollars I YELPed "auto repair near me" and decided on the nearest--Full Circle. Called and recounted what was wrong. Mike said he was ready to help. Drove over and was told that there was a waiting line. I Ubered home to wait for a call. Three hours later Mike called and said they had to inject a dye in the coolant to find and eliminate any leaks and , finding none, they had topped of the Freon. Ubered back to Full Circle and paid an inordinately (to me) high bill for material and labor. OUCH! But hey, the car was almost frosty going home. I'm happy, right? So it's summertime again and again the fan moved kinda cool-ish air. Called Mike first thing in the day and was told to bring it right in; he'd take care of me. Walked in gave the keys to Mike and found out that there's two cars ahead of me. (?) 5 effin hours later he came out of the shop to tell me that I'd need a new condenser. OUCH! #2! "I guess it took a year for the Freon to leak out, heh heh." Right about then the local Honda dealer's shop was looking pretty nice. You make an appointment with the International Honda corporation you get service on time with an estimate of the cost. Did I get happy at Full Circle? Nah! Was I pissed? Maybe! Kinda! I asked Mike how much I owed Full Circle. No answer, but I did get Mike's willing explanation (using a commercial 4 color display of an engine cooling system) of what a condenser did for an internal combustion engine. Then I asked Mike if I could have my keys. The question seemed to surprise him. Hunh? I tried recounting my experience with Full Circle past and present and it seemed to fall on deaf ears. I asked for my keys again and (no shit) Mike called the owner (Mike's daddy!) into the waiting room so the "family owned and operated" owner was able to hear Mike tell him that I didn't want a new condenser, and that I wanted my keys. Getting my keys turned out to be a tough ask! Have to say, dad did follow me into the parking lot to get my explanation about why I was displeased with the service. My bad. This is a small town repair shop. The people that work here are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They did a remarkable job quickly on brakes on my Mariner. It was very reasonably priced as well. I've always been a firm believer of going to the dealership to get work done on my car. I know it's going to be pricey and lately inconvenient. So I opted to type in brakes in yelp and see what came up, and this auto shop came up. And all I can say is that from the moment I called to the time I picked up my keys this family owned shop showed nothing but genuine class and concern. It was also a lot cheaper than I had I visioned for replacement of front brakes and a alternator belt. I warm environment and some homemade salsa provided by Carlos will make this shop my go to from now on for my automotive needs. They have restored my faith that good people still exist. read more

After reading the positive Yelp reviews, I decided to take a chance on this business after the rear differential on my Ford F-250 started leaking. I have a basic knowledge of auto mechanics, but realize when things are beyond my ability and limits. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner Mr Perez and his son Michael the manager. They are both really down to earth people and a pleasure to talk to. Michael did the work up after I explained that I thought it was likely a bad pinion seal. After he confirmed my suspicion, he provided me with pictures of the seal and another leaky area on the transmission I didn't know about. The pictures were forwarded in a text, which was very nice to help me understand what was going on. He quickly calculated an estimate on what it would take to fix it the correct way, not necessarily the cheap way. The estimate provided was reasonable (I checked). I dropped my truck off on a day we agreed to and I received a text less than 24 hours later notifying me that my truck was ready. When I picked up my truck, I noted a very neat seal bead on the differential cover and a nice new red pinion seal at the front of the differential, and no more leaking. They did a great job and have earned my repeat business. If you live in O'Fallon, don't overlook this family run business! read more

I took my auto to them beginning in late December 2015 for an oil leak. It was determined by Full Circle (FC) it was the oil pan gasket as well as the valve cover gasket. They charged me $654.40. I took the car home and within a few days noticed the auto was still leaking oil. I took it back to FC and they stated that all the repairs they did were done correctly and it was probably only some oil that had collected in a crevice and had leaked down. I said OK, but within another few days noticed oil was still leaking on my driveway. I took it back and they again insisted that the work they did was checked and found to be satisfactory but it may be leaking elsewhere. They said I should take it home and monitor the situation. I grew suspicious and took it elsewhere to have it checked out. It was found that the oil pan gasket was leaking which was a repair that FC had completed. I took it back and vigorously insisted they fix it properly. The owner (Carlos) said he would give me a complete refund but insisted it was not due to their work but rather to my poor attitude. He went on to tell me that they had bent over backwards to accommodate me by giving me rides home? His son even stated that they had given me a good deal/price on the repairs to which I noted that the car was NOT REPAIRED! I wouldn't trust these knuckleheads to repair a pair of roller skates. I should have written this review about a year ago. Well, I was driving from Overland Park, KS to Nashville, TN when my car starting running hot. I had to have my car towed in Illinois; and the tow truck driver suggested Full Circle Auto Service in O'Fallon, IL, which was located about 20 miles from where my car stopped. I'm thinking, I'm about to be taken advantage of. To make a long story short, MAN! I was blessed! O'Fallon Shilo Towing and Full Circle Auto Service treated me like I was a prominent member of their community and a well regarded repeating customer. The Owner of Full Circle Auto Service was courteous, professional, and sincerely concerned about me finishing my trip without further problems. Honestly, the cost to repair my car was fair by any standard. The people at Full Circle Auto Service are really good people.
