We had an ant issue in our kitchen - District Elite came out within 24 hours to take care of the situation and just came back a little over a week later to check in. No signs of ants in the meantime. District Elite had been recommended to us as a great long-term solution. Some yellow jackets took up an underground nest in our front garden and we're being problematic for passersby and our landscapers. District Elite came out quickly and provided a quote for spraying and a service no other company suggested - removing the actual nest. Others mentioned chemical treatments but District Elite were the only ones to suggest removing the dug out nest as well. All for less than some chemical-only treatments quoted by others. I found mouse droppings in my house out of the blue in December. For the life of me, I could not figure out how it got in the house. After placing security cameras in the house I was able to narrow it down to a general location, and it was not just one! I called DEPM and they came out the next day. Randy baited and came back about a week later to seal any openings. A few days later the camera picked up more activity, and DEPM sent someone back out. It took several visits and repositioning of the cameras to narrow down the entry points as there were more than one points of entry. Through it all DEPM was diligent in sending someone out to investigate and seal. I'm thrilled to say they successfully sealed any openings, and they guarantee their service for a year. Bees! Carpenter bees! Burrowing huge holes in my custom, 2nd story deck. If left alone, they would make the structure unsafe causing a fortune in damage. I needed this solved, ASAP. I made several calls to local pest control operators in the area. Some didn't pick up, others asked for a credit card to secure a several hundred dollar deposit before anyone even shows up! The receptionist at District Elite was incredibly kind and arranged for David to be at my house TODAY. He showed up TODAY. He was incredibly professional and knowledgable, gave me a very reasonable quote... then he murdered those bees like Machine Gun Kelly! This team is excellent. They came quickly, took care of the job that another service did not solve over months of treatment. David came out originally and supported concerns over a mouse spotting and bugs. He closed numerous gaps and even reviewed the exterior wall to help us understand what larger fixes might be needed. A few months later we saw another mouse and Malcolm came back to help. He went above and beyond looking for gaps in other places. He also checked traps the former company left and removed what he found in the trap. 100% would recommend this organization. I've never dealt with pests before and after my apartment complex failed to take action I was helpless and stressed. Fortunately the same day I reached out to District Elite, David came within 4 hours and performed a thorough assessment (much more thorough than the Orkin man my apartment sent prior) of my apartment, identified problem areas and gave me a price and started treatment that day. Communication was constant and clear. A week later, Christian came to my home, sealed all the areas that the mice were entering, and gave me overall peace of mind that this problem is handled. The best thing is that there is a 12 month warranty with District Elite's service, so should I see any more of Mickey or his cousins, they will come back out and retreat. If you are struggling with pests, don't hesitate to reach out to District Elite. Absolutely terrible We called district elite because we were having a major rodent and fly problem. They came and did an estimate, and seemed competent. They were supposed to bomb the house and spray pesticide around the windows for flies, bait and seal the house for rodents. They came for the fly service and set the bomb and did a very cursory job with the window spraying. but the absolute nightmare was the "sealing" for rodents. They required a ton of prep-work on our part, we had to move ALL the furniture away from ALL the walls, empty the base of all closets, and cupboards, remove all air duct covers etc, so we expected a thorough job. The tech came with cans of expanding foam like you buy at home depot and a little bit of aluminum flashing. He appeared to be completely ignore many glaring holes like at the base of radiator pipes, so we proceeded to follow him the entire time, and had to point out every single hole and gap he was missing. He exclaimed, "wow, you really making me work!" He covered large holes with flashing and foam without securing the flashing, so it will be pushed right out. He attached a "rat proof" door sweep to the INTERIOR closet doors, not to exterior doors!!! So I guess he thought we dont mind if rats are in the house, as long as they stay in the closet!!! On the outside of the house, we noticed after he left, there were many large holes unfilled under the porch. Basically the only ones he filled were the ones you could see without climbing under the porch. He left a giant hole around the water main, probably the main egress into the house for the rats!!! We had to call and have him come back and crawl under the porch with him and point out every single hole. And the piece de resistance was that he wanted to bait INSIDE the house after sealing. Anyone knows that you dont bait inside or you will attract vermin into your house where they will die and stink up your house. What a nightmare waste of money. We are going to have to hire a competent company to re do the whole job. And of course they demanded payment by cash or chack before they started the job, and cashed the check before they finished. Stay far away from this train-wreck of a service! read more

Disappointing experience. I discovered afterwards that their price for termite treatment is much higher than some competitors, and they gave an overly dire assessment that led to an expensive treatment that was probably unnecessary. Some of that was my fault for not getting competing quotes, but I still feel like I got bad service. I wouldn't use them again. read more

My experience with District Elite was amazing. Three raccoons trapped and released, and one major repair later I'm sleeping soundly through the night again. David was available to come over the same day I called (a stark contrast to the five other companies I called, some of which wanted me to wait a week!). He came over and knew exactly what to look for, and trusted my judgement about where I was hearing the raccoons. He had a great plan of action (that was humane), and got rid of the problem with great persistence and creativity. It took a few weeks (it was three very smart raccoons that somehow were avoiding capture), but he and his team took care of the problem and was fantastic to work with.
