Our technician, Blair, arrived on time and did a quick inspection of the house. His expertise was impressive, discussing how and why spider crickets there, and identified additional cricket species we had hopping around down there. He also inspected the rest of the house for any other potential pest issues, including pulling out appliances. Moving into a new place is not always fun and rarely easy, and Blair's confidence that our house lacked any evidence of a major pest issue was what we needed to hear. He was also super friendly! After the inspection, Blair got to work in the basement and the rest of the house, inside and outside. Since Blair's visit, now about four months ago, we've not had a single spider cricket.
