A week after the second treatment for ants they appeared again. I have now paid this guy almost $1000 for mice and ant treatments in the past year and he has the audacity to tell me that the treatments are not guaranteed unless I pay more money. I recently contacted Pestnow of Maryland and they will treat the entire house for mice, ants, and any other pest for $150 for the first treatment and $99 every three months and guarantee it! I noticed a hornets nest attached to our garage yesterday while coming in. I sent out a number of quotes this morning and John was one of the first, prompt responses. Turns out he was in the area and he offered to stop by for a look. He arrived within 15 mins. with a smile on his face and pleasant We talked a bit then agreed to business as his price is one of the better quotes. It took John a good 10-12 minutes total, if that, to suit up AND take down the nest. We called him back a month later as the problem got worse before it got better. He sealed up some additional access points upstairs. I had the pleasure of meeting John about 4 years ago. As a technician for another company, John treated my home for indoor pests (I have not had an issue since).
