But even with that setting, they've helped us get to the point where we really feel like we can have a pest free home. Our main concern was gaps in the basement that were allowing insects to get in, and they were the only company that said they could fill those gaps. They are professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for effective pest control.

I only mentioned that it was pricey compared to our prior pest control. I never said we wouldn't move forward- in fact I told him to start service. We now work with another premium pest control company- HIGHLAND ECO PEST CONTROL. They have been amazing, responsive, professional and took care of our issues quickly and we use them for ongoing pest control. The onboarding process with Highland was incredibly easy and fast.

Joe Rossi came by and did a thorough inspection of my kitchen and sealed off possible gaps, holes, and entryways that he located. Now my mind is more at ease that my cats won't have a new (living) toy to play with. Joe was incredibly friendly, did a great job of explaining what he saw upon his inspection, and how he was going about fixing problem areas, and the cost was incredibly reasonable.
